    brace

Then personally I'd go for the Ultra Racing one I linked then. Cheaper than OEM and will look pretty good underneath the car too which is a bonus.
  2. Cheers for that Stevo. Great weather there too by the looks of it.

Good job Chris, ...seen that in your build thread but can't remember now if I commented or not to say you did a good job.
  4. I'm just going to leave this videos here for you.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0IWtfpdxQc I by no means think Wales has the best roads or anything but just another option for you to consider if you haven't been before.
  5. Think they're the same. Just the 'stretch' on the fabric is different maybe and distorting the z? But hey.. Who cares! Yep could be that.

I'm guessing you mean the W brace as below. If so and it's not too far gone you could always remove it > rust treat it and then repaint it with Hammerite paint or similar. The other option is to contact zmanalex on here for a good condition used one or a trader like Clark Motorsport or the Cougar Store for a new OEM one. Bear in mind though it will probably be around £200 for a new one I'd guess and you can get aftermarket replacement ones for less. This one from Ultra Racing seems to be the best value aftermarket replacement option: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ULTRA-RACING-4-Point-Rear-Lower-Bar-Brace-for-Nissan-FAIRLADY-Z33-350z-RL4-1259-/251972542690?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3aaabbe0e2 Hope that helps.
  7. Much better Evans. Did it to my 350 awhile ago now, ...can't think why it took me so long to do it though as I've done it to all my previous cars and they always look better afterwards.
  8. They look cool and glad they've sorted your problem by having those installed but, ...that will never happen.
  9. Nissan R35 GTR (£35-£40K) 2010/11 Jaguar XKR S (to scratch the V8 itch ~ £45-£50K est). Ex-Military Land Rover Defender 110 (£5-£10K est) Ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably have changed my mind though.
  10. They definitely look different to me. Less of a gap at the bottom of the Z on the passenger "Z" than the drivers "Z".
  11. That's done using a 3D systems Z corp printer. If you want one done of yourself some Asda stores actually have them now so you can pay to be 3D scanned and they'll make a model of yourself. My local Asdas does it (Coryton, Cardiff), ...think it's around £60 for an adult & £40 for a child. The figures are around 4 inches tall from what I remember. We have a Z corp printer in work and it is a cool bit of kit although I prefer SLA machines.
  12. Make sure you drill pilot holes first as it makes the job a lot easier. I fixed with screws in the centre but didn't bother fixing with the screws on the ends as cable ties did the job just as well (plus you'd never notice).
  13. Very cool although I have no idea of any of the games you speak of. I play COD and mainly other shooting/driving based games.
  14. I can't see them coming off with that lot either.
  15. Congratulations Charlie & welcome aboard. Pretty sure you're going to love the Nismo.
  16. Like the FN2 Civic newkid. Came close to buying one of those once but it didn't feel like a big enough change from my EP3 so went for the Zed instead.
  17. Very cool and pretty well filmed too.
  18. I haven't fitted these obviously as I don't have a G35 but I cannot see any reason why you can't just use self tappers. Years ago I fitted some mudflaps on a previous car and used self tapping screws to do that which worked very well. All I'd say is make sure you drill a small pilot hole firstly for each screw once you're positive on it's location and use stainless steel self tapping screws with stainless steel washers as both will be exposed to a lot of water etc. Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/No-6-3-5mm-SELF-TAPPING-A2-STAINLESS-STEEL-SCREWS-RECESS-SCREW-PAN-HEAD-POSI-/200950035589?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=500176602563&hash=item2ec98e3485
  19. Not for me but if you like them ZZZebady that's all that matters.
