Try soaking the rear bolts with WD40 and leaving them for half hour, ...then when you try to undo them use a ring spanner (less likely to slip/round off) with a long pipe over the end to give you more leverage. Also helps sometimes if you try to tighten them up first, then try to undo them. Might help break them free. Good luck.
  5. Like the under body painting. Looks very smart.
  6. Mitz from the Cougar Store is on here as a forum Trader. Maybe worth a PM to see what he can tell you about the car and whether he thinks it's worth the money. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/94-cougar-store/
  7. Hello Ben & welcome. All of those codes relate to "Heated O2 sensor 2". You can see a full list of the codes here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/81962-350z-fault-codes-in-pdf/ When I had HFC's fitted on my Zed it did cause the EML to come on because it effected the O2 sensors nothing to do with the Cats deteriorating it's just that it messes with the O2 readings. Not a big deal. To rectify it you/he will either need to remove the HFC's and go back to standard Cats, ...or have the EML turned off via a remap (UpRev), ...or you could try some O2 spacers (although they are not always effective), ...or as some do you could just live with it although I'm against that as then it could mask other faults as the EML would be on constantly. Before buying the car though I'd want to double check that those are the codes read.
  8. Congrats Jetpilot. One thing, make sure you add a cable tie around the oil dipstick at the top just to ensure it can never fly forwards & hit/catch the cog/belt in front of it.
  9. ^^ Looks awesome. Enjoy the new motor.
  10. Ahh Tiger what a nightmare but happy you're in one piece after being hit by a truck ffs. Hope you don't feel too sore tomorrow as that's when it will probably hit you worst.
  11. ^^ What SHEZZA said. I wouldn't bother wasting money on over the top spark plugs if it is a DE though, ...a decent brand like NGK will do the job imo. If yours is a DE: http://www.h-dev.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=78_169_293_1418&products_id=25418 If it is a 2007 HR though then I believe Denso are the recommended brand by Nissan. Like so: http://www.h-dev.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=78_169_293_1418&products_id=25465
  12. That sounds like good news so far, ...get some pictures up if you can.
  13. You could always just buy a large mesh sheet and then cut it to shape & size. That's what I'd do anyway. Link: http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/natural-expanded-aluminium-mesh-1000x330mm Lots more options/sizes here: http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/search?q=mesh Hope that helps.
  14. Here you go Danny: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/97666-temporary-toy-for-the-summer-porsche-cayman-s/ Hopefully you'll have a good one and enjoy it.

  17. Used to love my HFC's, ...definitely one of the best mods available for our cars.
  18. Welcome aboard and good luck with the pick up. Remember to only use Super Unleaded in the Zed.
  19. Welcome aboard Fen. Sorry to read about the paint damage though, ...never ever use those automated car washes no matter what.
