  1. Be careful with buying from the US though if that's what you decide to do as it's not always the bargain it appears at first. I know a previous member who bought some from the US ~ after they were found to be faulty on arrival in the UK he had a difficult time returning them & getting a replacement set. I think in the end he ended up being out of pocket & wishing he'd just bought from the UK instead. Just fyi.
  2. The general consensus is that MPSS (Michelin Pilot Super Sports) are the best tyres for the Zed so I'm sure they'll get a mention again soon. Personally I used to run Falken 452's and then when I got my 19" alloys I then went with the Falken 453's on my Zed. Superb tyres the Falkens imo and not too expensive either.
  3. Hope the move went well. Sure McLovin will get used to it. Keep him safe in doors.
  4. I can't check for you as I don't have my Zed anymore and you haven't provide any pictures so that doesn't help either. I did do the following searches below on eBay though as that is my favoured site for car trim clips etc. "Nissan Parcel Shelf" search on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=nissan+clip&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1311.R3.TR5.TRC1.A0.H0.TRS0&_nkw=nissan+parcel+shelf+clips&_sacat=0 "Nissan Clips" search on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR12.TRC2.A0.H0.Xnissan+clip.TRS0&_nkw=nissan+clip&_sacat=0 Hope that helps.
  5. Good on' ya ZEUS. Hope Roger settles in well to his "forever home".
  6. Would be even closer now, with the R888 tyres, the launch is much much better!!! That'd be worth seeing. The thing I always think with sports cars versus sports bikes is; yes the bike is incredibly fast but the car is still very fast plus it can carry 3 passengers and their luggage in comfort/warmth. No bike in the world that can do that.
  7. +1. If the EML comes back on then have the code re-read and then go from there.
  8. Actually liking that Z32 the best I think, ...haven't seen many of those.
  9. Maybe worth a PM to this new member when you do decide to put them up for sale as he mentioned he'd like some genuine Rays for his Zed after he picks it up. Link: http://www.350z-uk.c...e/#entry1565520 Oh and I like the extra "sparkle".
  10. Look very good. Did you just go for the standard OEM Rays colour or is there a bit more "metallic flake" in those as it looks a little like it in the picture.
  11. Looks too cute to have come from Satan.
  12. Where did you get the Cat decoration from Dan? It looks so life like and my Mrs really wants one.
  13. Fingers crossed you can find a way to keep the GTR Graham. Loved the video btw. Never really impressed by fast bikes at all but always impressed with any car that can even come close to keeping up with fast bikes.
  14. The meme "meanwhile in Australia" comes to mind, ...although you're in Canada. Had to google it to see if that was a thing now, apparently so...
  15. Definitely should try it at least once. Honda do know how to make great engines imo.
  16. I know... one of my all time favorites! To be fair i had big ideas but then they ended up pretty small It looks really good either way. Puts my 6 footer to shame. We were going to go full on too but just couldn't justify spending money on loads of Christmas decorations & lights when we've only been in our place for 3 months odd so are still paying out for lots of other things. The plan is to buy some more Christmas decorations/lights in the sales when they're cheap to be ready for next year then.
  17. Thanks Gareth. I'm only 1 day ahead of you Your VTEC won't be as enjoyable but I'm sure you'll enjoy a drive no matter what you drive. Drove up to Whitby once in my missus's Avensis 2.0 turbo diesel, not as great as my zed but I still enjoyed the drive on the A and B roads. But I still wish I drove my zed...... The thing with the Honda is to be a really enjoyable drive you need to keep it in VTEC mode, ...a bit like keeping a turbo car "on boost". If you shift gear at 8K rpm it drops the revs down straight into VTEC mode again for the next gear. Can't drive everywhere like that though.
  18. To do it properly Clark W Griswold style you should have cut it down yourself, ...well actually to be true to the film, he pulled it out of the ground roots & all because he forgot the saw. Love that film.
