  1. 1992 Golf VR6 ~ The heater matrix went and it was a very costly job to have fixed by a garage plus a PITA to do myself so I just decided to join the pipes up with a piece of copper pipe. Thus bypassing the heater matrix altogether. Worked a treat but I never had hot air again inside the car. Not something I've done but when I was 16 years old (1995/6) I worked for a friends car sales garage as a car valet/garage hand. They had a Ford Orion come in one day on a p/x against another car. Only thing wrong with it was that it had a broken back box ~ the tail pipe had rusted off. Rather than get a new back box though & in order to save cash to make maximum profit the garage mechanic there cut off 4 inches from the bottom of a metal drain pipe. He then welded that on were the original exhaust tip would have been (with my help). I remember they then advertised the car as having a "Big Bore 4" exhaust back box. I'm not sure if that was genius or not but the car sold like that.
  2. Fyi ~ you can get the centres easily enough from Ben@RareRims on here as I did after I had two stolen (cheap too).
  3. Oh and look forward to seeing what you're doing with yours Graham.
  4. Colour for yours when it arrives Mine is going something completely different booked in for June 13th at PwPro, wrap is being designed now and I am loving the mock-ups! Believe me when I say I'd have a GTR in literally any colour, ...as long as it was a GTR I'd be over the moon. It's one of the only reasons I play the Lotto.
  5. Yep just another selfish pr**k unfortunately Mudman, ...society is full of them. Just be thankful they didn't actually hit your Zed if their parking is that bad.
  6. Well that's not quite true. The 350Z was always sent out from the factory on a staggered tyre set up, ...yes the alloys on certain models were identical in size as in, for example an 8.0J alloy at the front with 225 width tyres and an 8.0J alloy at the rear with 245 width tyres (as both tyre widths will fit comfortably on the 8.0J rim). More info here on the 350Z alloy wheels/tyre fitments: http://www.350z-tech..._Specifications Gazzards alloys bytespc could easily run a staggered tyre set up if that's what you want to do to keep the handling. GLWTS gazzard.
  7. Like that Graham and what a great colour GTR too.
  8. Great stuff Nic, ....just hope you enjoy it although I think your new Zed has a tough car to follow.
  9. Thank goodness for that, ...I thought all the true petrol heads had left the forum for a second.
  10. Fair enough Matt. It is in the US though so I'm pretty certain they don't have corners on their roads anyway judging by some of the previous US car offerings.
  11. ...bit like your MR2 "trackpig" then. I mean come on Dan. What does it matter as long as you're having fun doing something what you spend your cash on. This guy is obviously minted so if he wants to be the guy who owns the fastest GTR in the US or the world then I think kudos & good luck to the guy.
  12. Yep Adrians GTR is stunning so I'm sure he's got lots of ideas were he's taking his GTR mods wise, ...actually I'm pretty sure he mentioned some Torqen products in development for the GTR already.
  13. Lol, sounds a bit like a car for sale advert or review... Make: Rabbit. Model: Talula Year of first release: 2014 Mileage: 240,000 hops Runs on: All know food sources Always warmed up before starting, not handled much, good body work, usual age related marks... Hahaha that was the intention í ½í¸¸ that's great 'Mileage: 240,000 hops' í ½í¸‚ like that í ½í±í ¼í¿¼ Practically new still.
  14. No chance of that where I am, ....raining again.

  16. Talula looks lovely Steph. It did make me chuckle though that you wrote "Make: Rabbit". Like someone might mistake it for a puppy or kitten. No offence intended btw, thought it was sweet.
  17. Just come across this whilst looking at GTR images (yes I'm day dreaming again ). Tony Palos T1 R35 Nissan GTR ~ making roughly 2500HP. Source: http://www.t1racedevelopment.com/tony-palos-r35-gtr Just stunning imo and awe inspiring.
  18. If you want to watch a funny Darth Vader video (& haven't seen it of course) then try "Snatch Wars".
  19. Is it bad that I actually quite like that G37 you posted?. Good compromise I'd say & good seeing you're still around Shades.
  20. One of my best just because purchases was a present to myself when I got a new job about 4+ years ago. I passed a gunshop whilst out with my Mrs and decided to buy a "Cybergun Co2 Mini Uzi" as below... It's basically a 4.5mm BB firing airgun but uses CO2 cartridges to power it so you don't need to hand c*ck it for each shot. Blow back action too so feels pretty good when firing it. Yes it's totally useless for anything other than shooting BB's at paper targets or cans but it's a lot of fun & without doubt a "just because" purchase.
  21. Looks very nice Andy.
