I'd just love to at least once blow the parachute out coming to a stop at traffic lights. PITA repacking it but it'd be worth it just for the lols.

Welcome aboard. Make sure they properly fix that Zed for you before you accept it and not sure silicone it or some other cheap fix. If there is oil in the spark plug wells & on the spark plugs then you'll most likely need a complete new rocker cover, ...if it's just leaking/weeping from the side then you might get lucky just fixing it with a new gasket. Both parts below from one of the trusted professional traders. Approved Coldel, ...because that is frickin' awesome!! I would love to buy that. If only I could justify using that for driving back & forth to work.

Cheers Josh. That's kind of what I want. Can be a "pet" project for sometime then & keep me busy fiddling. First things first though, ...going to get some fresh oil, all new filters in it & a check over. It's spent most of it's life being looked after by Audi Whetstone, London so I'm pretty certain it's been looked after though. Supposed to be a top end dealership in an expensive part of London apparently.

I have an Audi S3 now, ...back on topic.

Lol. Excellent.

Tell that to my wife. Pmsl.

Somehow I doubt that. ...But I'll try to ignore him anyway.

Yep, finally able to afford a car that came painted. Result.

I know right but I specifically wanted a black one so I guess it'll give me something to do every weekend for the entire length of my ownership.

Moved your FS advert here Mike as these tyres will fit other vehicles so not necessarily a 350Z only part. GLWTS.

Don't know what you're on about, ....I clearly wrote 135i M sport. Yeah my bad Stu.

It's more exciting than the FN2 because it handles better (imo) as well as gives you a bigger shove when the turbo kicks in rather than a more linear power delivery with just a little bit of a "shove" when you hit VTEC that the Honda gives. I mean the Honda VTEC engines are great but you really need to be changing gear at the top end of the rev range each time so that it drops the rpm straight back into VTEC again for fast driving. I never really felt connected to the FN2 so I never really felt like driving it all that much apart from when I had to. No I chose it. Last week I spent the whole week scanning the country for my next car and visited lots of places looking at different motors. Went to North/West Yorkshire (Motorhub as in my other thread), Gloucestershire, Bristol, Hampshire... Literally spent about £300 on fuel! I looked at two R33 Nissan Skyline GTR's, two Audi RS4's, two Audi S3's, two BMW 135i M sports, one BMW M5 and a few different generation Evo's (8, 9 & 10's). In the end I liked the Audi S3 the best for my needs & wants. Easily modified with a lot of aftermarket parts available, good looking (imo), quick, smart (read that as not chavvy) and feels modern still. I discounted the R33's as too much money for an older car imo (despite me falling in love with one in particular), Evo's were mainly dogs (felt cheap interior wise) plus some had questionable mods, BMW 135i M sports are nice (very fast) but I didn't really like the interiors (plus every time I saw one on the road a woman was driving it! make of that what you will), BMW M5 and RS4's as too big but loved the RS4 interior which again is part of the reason I went for the S3 as it's very similar inside. I can live with that. I like them. Had them before on my old EP3 CTR and my JDM Impreza WRX so na na na na na. Believe me I wish I could have walked away with one of the Porsches instead or possibly a GTR as they had 3 R35's. Thanks for the comments all.

My Mrs is always telling me the same thing!

Doesn't look as bad as I thought it would, ...Brad might be right but still hard to tell from that picture. Sucks balls either way. Good luck.

That Porsche 911 GT3 RS was amazing. He told me it was one of the first ones in the country and it's only got around 30 miles on the clock (delivery miles). Ceramic brakes, roll cage, bucket seats and yours for around £200K I think it was. Bargain.

So what do you think? .....yeah right. Like I could afford that! I have got a new German made car though. Firstly though a few more pictures of the exotic cars from the showroom where I bought my new car from. This is going to be such a let down now after those beauties especially the Porsches. Anyway here's my new car which is a 08' Audi S3 Quattro. Definitely enjoying having a "new" car again especially a boosted one with 4WD & it's a lot more fun than the Honda so far.

Omg I would be in tears, ...such a lovely car destroyed in seconds. I wonder how long the poor guy had waited to take delivery of it too. Gutted for him. -

Here's a guide that'll help you remove the door card from the door (it's for a speaker install but you'll see how to do it still from the pics): http://liljerk.morpheus.net/350Z/front_speakers/ This link here is for changing the window motor so will help you get further into the door should you need to: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/350z-diy-changing-the-window-motor.html Honestly though jdm2003 get some insurance sorted ASAP ~ even if the cars sat on your drive & you're not driving it yet as it's just not worth the risk especially if some thieving scum bags have already targeted your car. Good luck.

You talking colour wise or dB level? ..actually scratch that, it's both!
