  1. I think the Op needs it for a 2008 350Z (HR) dave z as he posted this earlier too: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/109460-new-back-box/
  2. That's really hard to tell AMT especially without a small clue.... After 10 minutes of staring at the side of your Zed with that reflection in it I'm convinced the car is some type of Audi but that is purely speculation on my part as the alloys look the same as the ones on my S3.
  3. I too echo what all of the above have said. I ran my supercharged (436Bhp) 350Z on the standard Brembos and I had no issues stopping ~ the set up was: Motul RBF600 brake fluid Goodridge Stainless steel brake lines EBC Turbo Groove brake discs Ferodo DS2500 brake pads It also went on track so for fast road you'll be fine with a similar set up imo. Give zmanalex or Emperor Tuning a PM (private message) to see if either of them has good used Brembos in stock. zmanalex: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/9648-zmanalex/ Emperor Tuning: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/232-emperor-tuning/ Good luck.
  4. The owner has made some changes since I last saw it circa 2014... Source: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/84054-starwars-zed/ This may be when it first appeared on here circa 2012. Source: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/63560-ztar-wars/ Definite repost sorry Rich.
  5. Wait a minute Chirag, ...you've got time to get ripped & get married but no time to finish that garage?! Get your priorities straight come on. Congratulations to you both and your bride is stunning.
  6. I guess the question is how long do you plan on keeping the car? ...and what's your budget? Personally I'd say upgrading the exhaust to stainless steel is always worth it but if you're planning on selling the car within the next 6 months to a year then maybe just look at getting a good used exhaust back box to keep costs down. For a used back box you could try zmanalex or Emperor Tuning on here. zmanalex: http://www.350z-uk.c.../9648-zmanalex/ Emperor Tuning: http://www.350z-uk.c...emperor-tuning/ Also are you just planning on changing the back box or have you thought about getting a complete system? E.g. from Cat to back.
  7. Love it Jetpilot. Can you post some more pics & an engine bay shot when you get a chance?. Oh and this is the best place for it, ...the "members build thread" areas are only for Zeds so it's perfect in here. Maybe just add "build thread" on the title.
  8. Some info here Alex: http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/plenum/plenum.htm AFAIK this negates the need for any plenum spacer hence the reason why you need the modified strut bar as it sits higher than the OEM plenum.
  9. Good news that you got your centre caps back at least. Where did you buy your wheel nuts btw? The reason I ask is you need to be careful with buying those especially off places like eBay as cheap copies are rife. If you haven't already try some of the traders on here for your wheel nuts like Torqen, Tarmac Sportz, the Cougar Store etc. All in the professional traders area.
  10. Plenty of colour examples in this thread below wilo for you to look at. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/90092-pic-heavyphotoshopped-pics-of-rays-in-different-colours-on-a-gunmetal-zed/
  11. If the car was mapped with the De-Cats on, then refitting them will not need a remap. If the car was mapped with the De-Cats and you are now running with OEM Cats then the only thing I can think of is that you will be losing some performance as the OEM Cats are nowhere near as free flowing as De-Cats which are basically just straight through pipes. I shouldn't think it isn't necessarily too bad for the OEM Cats unless the car is running rich & a lot of fuel is being passed into them in which case it won't be doing them any good. Some of the traders on here like Abbey Motorsport or Horsham Developments would be better at answering the question though than me I'm sure. 12. If you're looking at a way of getting your 350Z to drift events with tyres etc then the cheaper and probably safer option would be to buy an old car transporter truck imo. Like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-Sprinter-313-Recovery-Truck-Car-Transporter-/322149650530?hash=item4b019d9062:g:qGIAAOSwc1FXYH0F Price wise it's probably around the same as buying a decent car transporter trailer plus a large enough vehicle to tow it with. You would need a pretty heavy weight vehicle to tow a car transporter trailer, plus a 350Z with some spare drift tyres. Fyi ~ A small"ish" car transporter trailer would probably actually weigh in around 600-650kg unladen plus you'd more than likely want some accessories on it as well like a winch or even spare trailer tyre so again that would increase the weight. If that's what you're thinking of though try giving "Indespension" a ring. I used to work for them in Cardiff at one point and the guys at your local branch should be able to advise you on; towing limits, what sort of vehicle you'd need, prices for new & used trailers etc. Link: http://www.indespension.co.uk/
  13. Where do you think I've been for the last hour? Yep, washing my car. I can sleep easy tonight now knowing it's clean.
  14. Been there, ..hell I washed my old Impreza once when it was as dam near snowing! The water from the hose was more or less freezing on the car.
  15. ^^ What they said. Sorry to read that Graham but no point accepting the car back if you weren't happy with it. Fingers crossed you get it sorted to your satisfaction.
  16. Nice upgrade D12 & welcome aboard. Any pics of the new ride? Photobucket is the easiest way to post them btw: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/103472-how-to-add-your-photos-to-the-forum/
  17. Looks fantastic. You just need these Silvertec T20 bulbs as below now to get rid of those nasty orange ones. Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SILVERTEC-BU582-SILVER-CHROME-INDICATOR-BULB-T20-CAPLESS-WEDGE-TWIN-PACK-2-BULBS-/121378502875?hash=item1c42b8f8db:g:LF4AAOSwlfxXFiti
  18. Really? That's pretty crazy that it's like that in this OTT health & safety culture we have nowadays. Yep hope all are ok.
  19. ^^ Cheers for that, ..definitely some fun stuff for me to try out later.
