  1. Triumph Herald 13/60 complete with walnut dash and positive camber rear suspension!
  2. Check your earth connections are clean and bare metal while you're at it!
  3. Just bought the gun for my Bosch washer and 5L of Ultimate Snow Foam. It says use it neat for best foam and cling. So that's what I've done without diluting it. Only used it once and have to say it takes a bit of getting used to adjusting the concentration. Seems to work better with less in the bottle. First time I've done this so nothing to compare it to. Anyhow, seems to shift the crap nicely!
  4. to the forum Throw a bit more cash at your budget......you know it makes sense!
  5. That's a beautiful job indeed....looks like a big plump cherry ready for the eating!
  6. to the forum Martin Have patience my son.........good things come to those who wait!
  7. Make sure you have a good dump before you go out on track. This will save you messing your pants as you "race your friends" It will also contribute to the weight savings as well!
  8. If you don't remove the moist air from the headlight, then condensation will still form on the inside when the temperature drops to dewpoint. As Stu says above, the introduction of silica gel should go a long way in removing the water droplets from the air.
  9. It was a no brainer for me...I stretched my finances and went for the HR, the engine breathes better and has 80% of its components modified or strengthened as it revs higher. I was searching for about 4 months and was initially looking for a black one, but this one popped up at the right price and I had to have it.....absolutely love it!!! Edit: Just paid £500 tax..so what...its well worth it!
  10. How about Speedfit pipe clips used on plastic plumbing. There are various types & sizes.... I'll dig some out and bring them with me next week. They are white plastic and might be useful to hold down pipes/cables. Might be a total waste of time.....no harm done. You can also get self-adhesive bases for cable ties to anchor them down....( if you didn't already know)

Just bought a set of these but not fitted yet, so cant comment on performance. http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/GB/350z__StopTech_Performance_brake_pads/350z-350Z-StopTech-pads.aspx By the way......top car you've got there!!
  12. I use Motul 8100 5W30 or Fuchs Titan Pro S Top Up: Depends which engine variant you have...mine is an HR and hardly gets topped up at all Some of the 06 revup engines had greater oil consumption so would need more frequent topups Engine wear would also be a factor on the frequency of topups
  13. As others have said, forget electric and don't buy cheap petrol ones. If you do buy one....... I've had a Husqvarna chainsaw for the last 15 yrs and a Stihl brushcutter. Both good machines which I would recommend
  14. Engine differences between the models: From 02 to 05 the cars had the VQ35DE engine (276bhp) 06 cars had the VQ35DE rev-up which had revised valve timing and cams giving a higher rev limit and more power at 296bhp but slightly less torque From 07 onwards its the 313 fitted with VQ35HR engine which according to Nissan is 80% uprated. It has twin air intakes and a higher rev limit and is more powerful at 309bhp and more torque. This model has the bonnet bulge.
  15. to the forum If you stretch your budget a little tiny bit higher you'll be in 313 GT territory. It'll be worth it in the long run.....you know it makes sense!
  16. Very impressive!! ...mind you should be for 15 hrs work
  17. 2.4 Dino V6 in a Lancia Stratos and of course the RS 1600 BDA in the rally escorts .............all in the forests of course!
