I avoided the revup and went for the HR because:
80% of engine components redesigned and strengthened
Larger crank bearings
Reinforced main bearing caps
Breathes better........blah...blah.....
I suppose its how you would define "best" really

Rubber mats may not be very effective but will stop certain items sliding about if you dont fancy cargo nets

Buy a plot of land and build it yourself is the cheapest way of getting a decent property.
The experience for me was a hellish nightmare as we ended up (family of 6) living out of 3 static caravans for 8 years!!! (circumstances out of our control)

Reverse situation for me....
My 4 children all live at home, 2 have cars, 2 don't including the wife.

Got myself a great Zed bargain between Christmas & New Year so you're right about searching throughout the winter, when peeps might well be preoccupied with other things. You don't seem to be competing with other buyers as much at this time of year.
