  1. Just think.....you could throw your step-ladders away, come wash day.
  2. Nice job GM My old Bosch high pressure hose broke so decided to upgrade to a bigger Bosch pressure washer. Come to fit the snow foam bottle and the damn thing doesn't fit. Looks like a smaller bayonet fitting! Oh... and enjoy your week off
  3. A few more places like this would suit me http://www.thecornishpizzacompany.co.uk/
  4. I'm all for foods from different nations twobears, its just that I would prefer to see some individual creativeness, enthusiasm and variety provided from local businesses, rather than the blandness of multinationals on every corner. Unfortunately, local businesses have been priced out of the market by big bucks.
  5. Ive been saying "heads up" when playing football since I was a kid, I'm sorry, but I've never heard the term "heads up" in normal conversation.....maybe that's because I'm of a certain age I don't know. my bad although not grammatically correct is a lot easier than saying "Im awfully sorry, I believe the mistake in that instance was mine" You don't need to say all that, how about, "my mistake" Zee is how the entire rest of the world says the letter "Z" I'm aware of that, but in the UK we say Zed and rotors are the rotating part of the brake TBF ....... The rotating part of the brake has always been called a disc in my book. Rotors are the twirly bits on top of helicopters
  6. ^^^ what Brillo said. They don't look too bad to me. No point changing them for the sake of it.
  7. Thought it was " The Bitch" reincarnated for a moment there. Love it, looks great......but the wheel colour and strrrretch tyres........hmmmmm!
  8. I'd wait until after the Wales meet, otherwise you may end up having to get it done again. Of course, it depends whether you drive like a possessed demon, or leave a fair gap between the car ahead
  9. Bunch of twastards!! Sorry to hear about this, and hope you get it sorted with the least hassle. Wales is a few weeks away, so good times to look forward to.
  10. Sorry to hear about this...you have to be extra vigilant these days due to the explosion of idiots on the road.
  11. Looks nasty!.....glad you've not been hurt and the car is at least repairable.
  12. Sounds brake related if the noise stops when the brakes are applied. Jack the car and rock the wheel first, to see if there's any play in the bearing. Remove the wheel and check to see if the bolts securing the brake caliper are tight. While you're at it, inspect the pads also. My daughter had this problem, but it sounded more like a heat shield was loose and rattling around. We discovered that the calipers were hanging off on both sides!!
  13. Lovely motor.....congratulations
  14. Oh my gaad! Here's a few more that are used on this forum:- Heads Up My Bad You do the math Zee instead of Z Rotors instead of Disc brakes Besides americanisms creeping into the language, our high streets are swamped with american fast food and coffee outlets I just want an ordinary cup of coffee, instead of a cappuccino or some feckin americano
  15. I was up there at the weekend as well, as I only live 10 mile from Llangadog. Most probably that road, especially where he's parked up at the top. The cafe shot was probably taken elsewhere
  16. Put what you like Andy ... how about a few of these instead  or you could have said, "I always knew you were a bit of a bsted"
  17. My mother lives 2 miles from Port Regis school, although I've never met her
  18. On the coolant, I didnt drain the whole system out, just drained 5ltrs off and re-filled with 5ltrs of premix. Just refill very slowly to avoid air locks. Undo the bleed nipple at the top right of the engine bay near the firewall when re-filling to allow any air to escape.
