  1. Good choice Spunkeh, you wont be disappointed
  2. Sounds like she's got her wires crossed driving French!
  3. A couple more and you'll be able to have your own regional meet subforum!
  4. Never used one myself, but I guess you are looking for something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FTBO-G10-3-axis-Carbon-Fiber-Handheld-Camera-Gimbal-for-Canon-5D-Ready-to-Use-/191621752916?hash=item2c9d8be854:g:RsIAAOSwNSxVbmSX I'd visit my local camera shop and seek their advice. Get them to demo a few within your budget with models that suit the 70d, although most seem to be geared towards the go-pro. Sometimes the stock can be limited, and the pro ones are a hell of a price. 3 axis are probably the best and ebay the cheapest. Lets know how you get on.
  5. Show us your Ark, go oonnn! We've seen it before, but we never tire of seeing it again. How could we be bored seeing such a work of art ha ha......I wont be anyway

  7. Flipping heck! Were you a fish in a former life?
  8. Use one of these for the zed. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Electrolux-WorkZone-Z61A-Cylinder-Cleaner/product-reviews/B000ND6ZM6 I prefer mains rather than battery power for a sustained 700W suck. Ya cant beat mains for a good suck!
  9. Pay & Display? ......2 tickets needed parked like that!
  10. Don't use recirculated air in the winter as the humidity will build up in the cabin, but wont be apparent as the heating will be on. Bring in cold fresh air which will be dryer, to purge out the moist cabin air. This may go some way in preventing excessive condensation. Though if its raining, you're on a loser anyway.
  11. I'm glad you're ok and no injuries suffered The bumper can be replaced....you can't
  12. Cant wait to see what it looks like when its all finished...... In the meantime, your mrs is gonna divorce yer for spending all that time in the garage!
  13. Patience is a good virtue when buying a zed. I was looking for about 4 months before I bagged a bargain. HR with 30k miles and well under £10k. They are out there, you just need to wait until one pops up.
  14. Hello and welcome! If you have a budget up to 10k then I'd be looking out for an HR model. The tax difference is negligible and the cost of only a few tanks of fuel and you'd be getting yourself a much improved motor.
  15. It beggars belief the things these people come out with, and makes you question yourself, " Did they really just say that?" Really!!! Unbelievable!
  16. Yes , the seller would need to package 'em up prior to collection. 18" Rays with Falkens fitted as per your stated sizes. Fronts: 65cm diameter, 23cm across the width and weighing 19.6 Kg each Rears: 65cm diameter, 25cm across the width and weighing 20.3 Kg each
  17. We have an account with TNT and use them every day. Have done for years with no problems as far as I can remember. I dont know what they'd be like for a one off job though.
  18. Nice blockwork there by Andy....coming along nicely! The old bender and milling m/c remind me of apprentice days at ac delco many yrs ago.
