Personally I prefer the 19's. Sorry guys if I'm being a bit dim but nobody seems to have mentioned the width of the wheels involved I see what you're driving at with regard to filling the arches with 19 or 20 inch diameter but surely the other consideration is the way the wheels fill the arches from a width point of view? Shoot me down if I'm talking pants but really want to understand this as it's something I may consider next year, oh, and I wouldn't be lowering mine. Mine is a THB Bury variant made for Nissan (54 plate). THB are a respected manufacturer and were one of the first companies to bring a base unit to market that accepted plug in modules. Although it might fit other THB base units I'd be surprised if there are many about, from memory there have been two more base units since mine (2004), however it maybe different for yours depending on the year. Sorry I can't tell you much more
