  1. Two weeks tomorrow we'll be on our way to the homeland of my Mum, I'm so excited about this trip, like a kid at Christmas is how Darren described it, I feel the same. Counting the days to the 1st
  2. So funny, but sooooo honest, good on you for posting it up Epic fail but Epic win for honesty
  3. Like Vicky says, if you like them then they are fine and don't worry what other people think. For you to post this I think you've probably answered your own question
  4. Will you tell her or shall I? Does that make Joy Smurfette ?
  5. Youngest step daughter came home last and told me they've started calling her Baby Smurf at work, I couldn't ask why as I was rotflmao, the look on her face when I had recovered sufficiently to tell he that you lot call me Papa Smurf was priceless Don't believe it Vik, i know his secret! He has an army of Smurfs in his garage that paint everything blue just for their Papa Smurf!!!
  6. That excel sheet sticks to everything as well
  7. She's a saint TBH Yes I have spent a little time in the garage but at least she knows where I am She's looking forward to meeting you by the way
  8. Mate, I went last night, it was pitiful I'm afraid. If they don't get their act together soon they are no better than top 8. Udinese could have scored 3 or 4 last night, our back 4, such as it is are arguing amongst themselves and the lack of "spirit" amongst most is shameful. Arsene's prog notes regarding Newacastle on Saturday were laughable, he's either in complete denial or in the parallel Arsene Wenger universe that is Alice In Wonderland, die hard season ticket holders are certainly wondering WTF is going on. I predict it all ends in tears before Christmas. Apologies for hi jacking my own thread but the big boys made me do it and ran away
  9. +1 Today was the first problem I've had for about a month or so I guess.
  10. Was it just me? Couldn't get on this morning for about 20 mins or so from 10:15 ish. Firefox on Mac OS X.
  11. You forgot about my blue van Look out Joy !!...... hes still got some blue paint left Did you not know that Graham drives a blue car, lives in a blue house, with blue furniture, white goods are blue, in fact I'm sure all his video collection maybe blue too?? No seriously that's pretty good work there Graham - wish I was a dab hand with the paint can/brush! But then again I have a little project up my sleeve for the next best of show (I'm gonna steel Shires engine)
  12. I can always bring it to Vancouver Look out Joy !!...... hes still got some blue paint left
  13. Decided I didn't really like the K & N air filter box but wanted to keep the K & N blue pipe work, so had a bit of a head scratch and a measure and decided to put the original air box back on. In a nutshell I cut the flexi joint part off the original air pipe and fixed it to the blue pipe with a rubber collar and jubilee clip, had to shorten the blue pipe considerably though so at one point I had to intake systems that were never going to work again Anyway it all went together quite nicely and I managed to keep the front blue pipe from the bumper scoop (doesn't show in the pix, sorry) and attached that to the inlet side of the airbox, just got to get a decent panel filter now and job done, oh and I sprayed the panel filter holder blue, might have to get some silver on as well
  14. Cleaning the throttle body can cause a faster idle, I did the following and it sorted mine out:- Accelerator Pedal Release Position Learning Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning Idle Air Volume Learning viewtopic.php?f=10&t=32941&p=489949&hilit=idle+air+volume#p489949 Good luck
  15. Love to be around when you tell Mary that I rest my case I ran my cable all the way round the A pillar over the screen behind the headlining and just left of the visor, so that a passenger can talk on the phone without struggling to reach the mic on the A pillar without shouting Thats a lot of trouble to go to for a passenger, I take the stand that a passenger is lucky to be in the car with me anyway
  16. Yep, for sure, leaving the windows open a crack can cause false alarms too.
  17. Why was no official announcement made?
  18. If you're buying a new head unit and it has bluetooth use the mic that comes with it. If you're buying a head unit without a mic it's likely that there won't be a mic socket anyhow. In any event the original mic (THB) probably won't work with other equipment anyway.
  19. Legend? That's stretching it a bit
  20. Don't do it. you know you'll regret it Mine will be for sale soon.£425, collection.PM if your interested. Selling the car, so getting the goodies off.
