Ring the Office of Fair Trading or whatever they call it this week, they usually give correct advice about how to proceed, they may even issue a an OFT report number which usually works wonders if you quote it to the company you are complaining about. http://www.oft.gov.uk/ Thanks glrnet I will take your advice. You're welcome buddy, I hope you get it sorted

**EDIT 141212** There are now 10 extra rooms available for Friday & Saturday nights, i.e. 40 rooms on each night but we can only hold these for a short time. WALES 2013 IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN...................So, if you plan to add this to your social calender then put these dates in your diary NOW!!! Friday 17th May - Sunday 19th May 2013 We will be based at Moreton Park near Chirk again to explore the scenic routes of North Wales, here's the linky so that you can check out the hotel and it's location:- http://www.moretonpark.com/hotel The routes for the drives have yet to be confirmed and are subject to further planning but needless to say we aim to please, those of you who have attended in previous years will know what we mean. THIS EVENT IS FOR ZED OWNERS ONLY. We have secured 30 rooms for the nights of 17th & 18th May (Friday & Saturday) and 20 rooms for the 19th (Sunday). Traditionally this has proved to be a very popular event with Saturday being the busiest day for accommodation so best advice is to make your booking NOW. The Moreton will reserve your room for you against your credit card so you don't have to pay for it now, your card will be charged upon arrival, so that's loads of time to allocate your hard earned cash. Please be aware that The Moreton will charge your card if you book and don't show. The really good news is that we have successfully negotiated room prices at exactly the same rate as last year and are as follows:- Single Occupancy Rooms will be £47.00 per night including breakfast. Double Occupancy Rooms will be £52.00 per night including breakfast. These rates are really competitive and you will not find them any cheaper on sites like Late Rooms etc. as we have effectively block booked the hotel. For clarity these are room rates and NOT a per person rate. The telephone number for bookings is 01691 776666, Eileen, Jackie and Jenni are our normal contacts at The Moreton and you will find them all to be very helpful. Please do not book rooms unless you are certain to attend as this is not fair to others who are. We do understand that sometimes "life" gets in the way and should you need to cancel a booking please do not do this without sending me a PM, this is so that we can adjust our lists accordingly and reallocate the room as required. When you make your booking you must tell The Moreton your FORUM USERNAME please (as well as the other personal details that they require). This assists us greatly in keeping the bookings list up to date. Provisional plans for the weekend will be similar to last year although we welcome any ideas in the discussion thread which will be posted soon. Friday 17th May If you are staying on Friday night and may arrive late please double check with The Moreton when you book what time last food orders are taken if you wish to eat there. Saturday 18th May A drive out in the morning of around 100 miles or so using a combination of roads we have found to offer some nice challenges for Zeds and will include a short break en route. Expect to be back at The Moreton about 1400. The afternoon is a chance to socialise with new members and old friends alike, talk Zeditis and take some time to clean your Zed if you want to as there will be a prize or two for the best Zeds, decided by your peers. In the evening we have decided to do something a little different this year as relying upon the UK weather to favour us with a heatwave in the middle of May for us to have a BBQ is a little risky at best!!! So this year The Moreton have agreed to provide a Hog Roast, don't worry they are used to providing this for other functions and it is not weather dependent. For those who know The Morton, this will be served in the conservatory at minimal or no charge depending on numbers. If you do get hungry between breakfast and dinner then The Moreton do offer light snacks until 1700. If you are bringing your good lady with you and she doesn't want to accompany you on the Saturday drive and then stand around in the car park watching you clean your Zed and talk everything "Zed" while supping the odd ale then it has become a bit of a tradition that some of the girls take the opportunity to disappear on a retail therapy visit to Chester http://www.visitches...41241It's It is only a short train journey from Chirk which is just short taxi ride up the road from The Moreton. In addition The Moreton Park Garden Centre next door to the hotel offers far more than just the name suggests, the cakes are good too, or so I am told! http://www.moretonpa...den-centre.html Sunday 19th May The big drive out using some of the old favourite roads but again hopefully with some new roads too. Mileage likely to be around 150 or so. Effectively this is two drive outs, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, the afternoon drive will give people the opportunity to "peel off" and head for home if you so wish. After the morning drive we will break for lunch at The Waterloo Hotel in Betws-y-Coed and have exclusive use of their function car park across the road and immediately opposite the restaurant. The menu will consist of several choices which are yet to be confirmed and will cost around £13.00 per person (I will post a menu choice list nearer the time) http://www.waterloo-hotel.info/ Evening meal is a your choice at The Moreton (or elsewhere) if required. THINGS TO DO NOW:- 1. Book accommodation (if required) 01691 776666. Tell The Moreton you are part of the Nissan 350z & 370z forum and give them your forum name when you book. 2. Add your name/s, how many drives you will be doing and the nights booked at The Moreton onto the running list IN THE DISCUSSION THREAD HERE:- http://www.350z-uk.c...arts-on-page-1/ 3. Any queries - either post up on the discussion thread or PM ME. 4. Decide which mods you will complete by May 2013.

Looks classy Steve, post a vid when you get a chance

If you take it to a Nissan Dealer or any other third party before you give him chance to put it right he has the right to refuse to pay any invoice you present to him, this could go against you in the SCC.

Only pointless if they don't go forward and build from today, hopefully it was the day they all grew up together but be prepared for the wheels to fall off in the 6 nations

The idea is to have one of these a day But that's only going to last 18 days, what's going to happen then?? 1 a day heck that's not very festive! I think there are 24 cans, you don't have to share them

I was told that the wall cavity acts as conduit for sound if a speaker or sub is attached to it but I don't know if that applies to more modern properties -
Maybe it was your training, five being rubbish is a bit more than careless
