i'm sure someone who knows enough about welding will be along soon, I had a Milltek and I have to say the welding was much better than that. -

I remember the pictures of that, looked awesome, keep meaning to strike out for Spain when we drive down to the south of France but never get round to it. Must sort it out this year.

Definitely the battery, as Ricky says the voltages are fine, check the belt tolerances first, a tight belt can cause sometimes squealing too.

You need to get the car started and then check the charging voltage from the alternator to the battery.
