We have decided to visit The Waterloo Hotel again this year in Betws-y-coed for our lunch stop on Sunday. For those of you who have not been before, the food and the service are excellent but more importantly we have exclusive use of the hotel car park directly opposite the restaurant. The cost this year is:- £10.95 per head for 1 course £12.95 per head for 2 courses For the lazy amongst you:- 2 people having 1 course is £21.90 2 people having 2 courses is £25.90 The choices are as follows:- MAIN COURSES Roast Topside of Welsh Beef with Yorkshire pudding (RTWB) Roast Leg of Welsh Lamb with minted red wine sauce (RLWL) Slow Roasted Belly Pork with apricot sage stuffing (SRBP) Baked Fillet of Haddock with cherry vine tomato sauce (BFH) (v) Asparagus Risotto with black pepper and parmesan crisp (AR) DESSERTS Bara Brith Bread & Butter Pudding (BBBBP) Mixed Welsh Ice Cream (MWIC) Lemon & Whisky Posset with shortbread biscuits (LWP) Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce (STP) Vanilla Cheesecake with berry compote (VC) Please note some dishes may contain traces of nuts. HOW TO ORDER Once you have made your selection/s (please follow my example below) and add your name and choice to the list. HOW TO PAY This is the important part as we will NOT be chasing people for money on the day as it is too time consuming. Well I did 2,500 in 10 days but then the scenery is FAR better in Europe. England sucks especially when you're faced with Liverpool Leeds Dartford Norwich East Grinstead Fareham East London Birmingham (the easy one) And finally Okehampton which is tomorrow. So after there I'm dropping by the infamous Zed shed. Shame your not down here for Sunday Ian, got the meet at Romsey ( The Vine ) on route backfrom the Zed shed fixed that for you
