  1. Yes Uprevved, don't know, need to ask Abbey, no CEL light
  2. Surely I would get this when hot AND cold, it was all normal this morning when cold again mate?
  3. Bloody hell, I would've done if I'd seen these before I got the Dremmel out
  4. Thanks Matty, going out later to give the old girl a bit of a warm up and see how we go but that's never going to reproduce 3.5 hours at much higher speeds Think I'll have it put up on the ramp anyway jsut to double check all is well.
  5. 64-bit chip means nothing right now, especially as the 5C is still 32-bit so developers will keep ploughing out 32-bit stuff and pretty much ignoring 64-bit until it's everywhere (although it's a good setup for the forthcoming days of 4MB+ RAM in smartphones), fingerprint ID is a gimmick which has zero impact on the use of the phone (anyone struggle putting a 4 digit PIN in? Nope, me neither), and iOS 7 is on everything else. Slightly better camera is nice but hardly game-changing. A couple of crappy new colours for the ladeez doesn't appeal to me at all. Remember, I'm the guy (fool?) who queued up at 4am for the last two iPhones. This offers absolutely nothing over my current 5. Apple have always been about the OS and not the hardware, but that's no longer enough to compete where they need to. I'm sure these will sell bucketloads and more than ever, but I have no issues now waiting for the 6. Tend to agree Dan, I've waited and am out of contract now with my 4 (that's when the novelty wore off for me) which works perfectly well for me so do I go to 5s now or wait for 6, anyone know when it's due? And I actually like the weight of the 4, the 5 just seems of lesser build quality some how.
  6. In fairness I was pushing on a bit on the way home for prolonged periods, this was not the case on the way down to France and didn't notice anything at all. @Chris, yes I saw those
  7. And if so what are the symptoms? Here's my conundrum:- I'm running a Milltek with Berks HFC's, The Milltek has done about 20k and the Berks 15K or so maybe less. Just got back from holiday in SW France, during the course of 12 days we covered some 2000 miles and the car was fine. On the way home, specifically at the Eurotunnel terminal in Calais after a 9.5 hour 600 mile or so run the Exhaust sounded really "droney" and I experienced a very slight high frequency vibration through the clutch pedal when stationary and revving to about 2000 revs, the droning noise (which sounds zorsty) was quite pronounced as well. The car has stood all night and is cold and just been out to it and it sounds absolutely normal so what do you guys think? It would be nice to have a few ideas before I take it to my local ramp and we start poking around underneath. Thanks for hints in advance. **EDIT** Bit more info today, had the car up on the ramp to check out the HFC's and the rest of the exhaust again, definitely nothing wrong with either, had the who;e thing checked with some kind of exhaust flow temperature device and all is good, its hot where it should be and coller where it should be. However, I have a similar noise to this http://www.350z-uk.c...e/#entry1069161 occasionally when cold, the noise disappears when the clutch pedal is depressed and it only ever happens when cold. If it is the clutch spigot bush does anyone think that this could lead to the "droney" noise when the car is hot? Thanks
  8. Only just seen this as we were driving the 700 miles or so back from France yesterday. As Colin said, lovely bloke and a credit to all who knew him, sadly missed by all those people.

  10. I'm sure they could Andy, well, anything is possible at that place, I believe they make invisible sheds now but I've yet to see one, and besides, we are not great lovers of the white grape

  17. Nice one Daryl, congratulations to you both, be happy!
  18. Purely from a Zeditis point of view, you understand.......... You've not bought the car yet and you love it already, these are the initial signs of Zeditis, succumb my friend, buy the car and stop worrying. Put it like this, if you buy a sensible car you will forever be wondering "what if", now, where on earth is the fun or sense of adventure in that!!!? Oh, and sorry,
  19. Well at less than 4 Euros a bottle for some bloody good wine it would've been rude not to support the French economy
  20. trust you to go all commercial and sensible!!!
  21. I might have to have that "rear bumper" convo with you again soon Ray.
  22. You can get 12 bottles of wine in the cubby behind the passenger seat, oh and a first aid kit and some spare bulbs (I squeezed them in after the wine photo)
