I have put boiling water on a car once. When I was 17 and stupid. Very old Almera windows didn't crack but the seal and glue on the front windscreen went white!

Are they the same? Been comparing them and they look similar. I thought for a cheap fix for the moment I could remove my rear wiper motor and put it in my drivers door. Anyone ever done this? I'm guessing the motor is just a motor and the programming is from the button etc... If I'm being stupid just let me know. I was going to spend more money on her this month but the mrs just bought a holiday! Thanks Ian

I'm developing a product that stops drivers like this worrying about our cars in car parks. I'll keep you all posted for development and testing.

I'd like to paint them a dark red. Or brembo red. They are chipped and always liked red on black. Although every time in see red callipers it's on an s reg saxso/corser.

It's all about your set of mind. I never have a problem watching he fuel needle go down. The faster it does the more fun I'm having. I bought mine because I wanted a drivers cars. My passat did a whopping 72.8 mpg from Weston super mare to Amsterdam at one point. But I would never look back at it walking away from a partings space. Anyone with me on this?

My trips in my car are dictated by the space I can park it in. The best ones are the spaces that knowone wants to park in. Like the multiple car park with two pillars with various red and blue paint scratched on them. Park it right and you will never have someone door you.

I park my car as far from people as possible. I once parked my car at the other end of morrisons. Which was empty as I needed to go for a meeting near by. For some reason two old biddies drove all the way through the car park and even though there was only 2 cars in the whole car park, they decided to park but up against a mine. So I thought bugger this... I'll move it. As I did I scuffed the front bumper on a high curb !!! Aaaahahahahahahahaaaaaaahhhghghghgh!!!!!!!!!
