  1. As above or just carbon wrap them yourself for £10. I wrapped mine, there should be pics in my build thread (link in signature)
  2. Plenty of info in the thread below http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/70643-350z-de-drl-reflector-leds-all-sold/
  3. My previous car was a fiat 500 diesel eco I haven't died yet.
  4. I have an issue with the heated seats, by the time they are warm the cars warm any way. Always seemed pointless to me If you could come up with a way of remotely turning them on, then I might be interested!
  5. A lot of interest in the boot divider. If you missed out you can get one made by Ian (14N) in the members traders section. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/69257-350z-vertical-tonneau-cover-boot-divider/
  6. I brought some a few months ago from ebay, just ahd a look and the seller no longer has any more. If it helps the auction name was: 4 x BLACK Nissan 54mm/55mm Alloy Wheel Centre Hub Caps Micra Note Qashqai Juke I have the OEM wheels, not sure if the Rays are the same size. Simplest solution is to just paint your own or ask the wheel refurbers to do it for you, can't imagine they would charge much. The nisan logo will pop off if you melt the pegs on the back of it, then just glue it back on after painting.
  7. That Aston is amazing (not sure whether its amazing good or amazing bad) That orange one is shopped.
  8. are you accessing from home? tinypic sometimes get blocked depending on where I'm accessing from.
  9. Yeah, presumed that would be the place. It definitely wasn't in any of the cubby holes before. As I said before, its my first car, only do about 4k miles a year.
  10. Probably, but I didn't give it to them. Is there somewhere where its normally kept? would have presumed it was somewhere in the boot with spare.
  11. The poor fit is just a temporary whilst he sources the right parts. He just can't wait and neither can I (may pinch his research)
  12. Fairly certain its from the last garage visit, I would have noticed it before. Presume its either mine or from another car. Would it normally be kept in the boot with the spare tyre, presume it would be needed to get the spare wheel on?
  13. So i don't have to go outside and check my nuts? I prefer to do that indoors.
  14. I'm guessing this is some sort of bit left over from a garage visit, but found it under the passenger seat.
  15. Putting back to standard and selling seems like a PITA.
  16. I'm tinting my LED set! Clark group buy by chance? My old oem lights will be up here in a few months.
  17. That ebay price (£89) seems too cheap to be any good Found an old thread very similar tot his one! I even got the spoiler name right first time http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/86267-spoiler-question/
  18. No need to start a new thread mate. Good Luck on Monday
  19. My understanding is that it goes on the grooved side of the belt, to remove moisture and increase grip, like a gymnast / climbers hands.
  20. That's what google gets me. I was goggling how to do the talc trick, and the online consensus seemed to be just put WD40 on for a quick fix. I do less than 4k a year so general wear and tear isn't as great a concern for me as some.
  21. Yeah I know there is a very similar topic just below this one but... I have a squeak on start up only when its cold and it lasts for a few minutes. I had my belts changed in the autumn, so thought the squeak wouldn't reappear this winter. Well it has . Just wondering how I would diagnose if its a belt or pulley issue? I tried a squirt of WD40 onto the grooved side of the belts yesterday morning, and the squeak went away after 3-4 seconds of spray on each belt. It however came back when I next started it up. I thought the WD40 would last a few days/weeks at least. Was I wrong in thinking that? I might pop to Halfords and gets some proper silicone belt spray tomorrow. I was also going to try the belt tensioners tomorrow, but only if I can get my hand down past the radiator. Do I tighten (clockwise) or loosen (anti-clockwise) the nut to increase tension? How much of a turn should I be looking at to tighten them? I know that depends on how loose they are but am I looking at a small fraction of a rotation or couple of rotations. thanks
  22. Did the mirror part survive? If it did I have a pair of cases for sale (inc motors etc). I broke my actual mirrors getting them out! The mirrors are crazy expensive on their own.
