  1. I cycle to work and have only had the thermal leggings on twice. I'm just in shorts and a long sleeve top. Its crazy normally have the thermals on everyday by mid November if not earlier.
  2. I would also ask for the rushes (unedited film), he should be able to provide these to you straight away. If anything is wrong with the final delivery you could then give it someone else to edit. I sense a forum challenge... 2 fast 2 wedding
  3. I've got these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Thomar-AirDry-604100-Car-Dehumidifier/dp/B00K690W9Y Currently £14 but they were on a black Friday deal earlier, didn't check the price though. They'll likely be back on tomorrow at some point. You get 2 strips of 3 bags, so they can be cycled between the car and drying.
  4. I never watch EastEnders but got sucked in for 50 mins. It would be Richard Blackwoods car wouldn't it!
  5. http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_14 Cougar store in Leicester Clark motorsports also sells them
  6. As a guide, I paid £990 for a new clutch, flywheel, slave, braided lines and labour. The parts weren't OEM but they were as like for like as you can get without paying for OEM. This was an independent garage (forum trader).
  7. I've just started playing it about 30% through but I've done loads of side quests ~rank 11 in all 3 areas. The key to travelling is map/quest management - Just head to areas where you have a number of quests points to do and don't feel like you have to rush through any particular quest line. You can also build upgrades to temporarily run quicker. Even without the speed upgrades it only take a few minutes to get from one side of the map to the other so its not really an issue, especially if your tagging off parts of quests on the way. The thing that annoys me most is that there are only 2 quartermasters on the whole map and they are right next door to each other. Makes collecting supply drops pretty annoying. The Dying Light companion app is a good way to keep ammo and medkits stocked up. I spend 5 minutes each night on it and have new supplies waiting for me the next day.
  8. Are they a straight swap for OEM - No arch rolling or spacers and fit over brembos? I don't think its a good time of the year to sell, 5 weekends to Christmas! But for me the price is fine as I was going to get GTR-D with MPSS - so it'd work out pretty much the same price for better wheels. A month or 2 down the line I'd have forgotten they were not 100% new and would have probably have curbed one anyway
  9. Nissan seem to use M1, M2, M3 on some of their cars see here: http://forum.qashqaiclub.co.uk/topic10162.html Have you got a qashqai

  11. Lets hope you never start a for sale thread, or that comment is going to come back to haunt you.
  12. Think I'm pretty much done with the car now. Only other things I might add: Steering wheel from Royal steering wheels. New wheels and MPSS (of course) Carbon dipped centre console. Should be buying a house next year, not intedning to sell the Zed but other things may have to go on hold. Current state of her:
  13. Thought I do an update... I've always been annoyed by the cruising drone of my Cobra exhaust so thought I'd do something about it. I went camping with a friend and filled the boot up with sleeping bags etc. The car was noticeably quieter so thought I'd have a go and soundproofing the boot. First step was visiting my local carpet shop and getting an off cut of their thickest foam underlay and putting it under my boot mat. I sprayed the edges black to hide any bits that popped out under my boot map. I used an iphone app to record the noise volume and did a few laps of the A27 to compare the difference.... No notable difference on the average or maximum dB's Probably more down to using an iphone app than anything else. Next I went all in and brought some Dynamat Extreme and some Tredaire Red underlay. I now have Dyanamat soundproofing, Tredaire rubber underlay, generic foam underlay, a boot mat and the comfiest boot compartment of any Zed. On a plus note the extra thickness means my tonneau cover is never coming loose. I also purchased some LED rears from a group buy and gave them a couple of coats of smoked tint. Finally got round to fixing a car park dent and decided to get a charge speed rear, so off to RT I went.
  14. I've had to do the tape reset 3 times now and each time its been a PITA. Not helped in that the first 2 times I did it I must have tried it 20-30 times, given up, gone to bed and then it next time I've turned the engine on its just worked... I've just figured out what I was doing wrong, so putting it hear to help others (but mainly so I can reference it next time I need to do it) 1) read the instructions properly... 2) Each time you try the reset you need to wait for the tape deck to stop making the whirring noises before holding down the eject button for 60 seconds. so if the reset fails, press the eject button. wait the 10-15 seconds for the whirring to stop, then switch the ignition off and hold the eject button down for 60 seconds. I was only letting the whirring noise run out on the first attempt no all the others... Worked first time as soon as I realised.
  15. For a second there I thought you had a see through gear stick...
  16. He hasn't specified it was the driver of the 350z he was waving at....
  17. Tell me about it, I broke both of mine. I tried to follow the guide but I got something wrong. If you're doing it right you hardly need any force to pop the mirrors off. I brought a cheap pair of mirrors of ebay that were listed as 350z with a heating element, but the size was too far out and the heating element connector wasn't in the right place, so they were unusable. Only £5 though!
  18. If you can garage your car then Its probably doable in situ. I'm just worried about overspray.
