  1. Yeah I thought about that, but when I looked into it people were saying the exact opposite. I'll have look again, my memory's bad!
  2. My door windows are fairly scratched up, seems to be a common problem with the 350z. How much would I be looking at for new ones both sides + door seals (I presume what ever is doing the scratching is in the seals) and installation. I've read the windows are a pain to get in!
  3. Hi, I'm going to paint my strut bar trim (silver bit with z badge). Where should I start pulling trim to get to rear strut bar trim? I've had all the trim off before but started from the very rear. I remember thinking at the that the strut brace surround would be hard to get to without starting from the same place, but thought I'd check if there was an easier option.
  4. There are 2 types, there is a little fabric horizontal one that mounts to the boot lid or the bigger one that fits vertically under the rear strut brace. If your after the former then contact someone like ZMANALEX, if your after the alter contact I4N as he custom builds them. See here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/103544-350z-vertical-tonneau-cover-boot-divider/
  5. You can do either but have to pay a deposit if you don't send your wheel off first, or you can go and pick it up and hell fit one and take your old one.
  6. You need to contact one of the mod members before advertising your business on hereí ½í±
  7. Well technically I'm a Villa fan but I've living in Brighton for 17 years. At least I'll get to welcome the boys down here next season.
  8. I had to wait a couple of weeks. Nice chap but he can be a bit slow getting back to emails and if he has been on holiday I bet he'll have a backlog as he's good.
  9. Someone's taken off the wiper at some point and not put it back in the correct postilion. Take it off and put back on correctly, its a 5 minute job, although getting it off requires a bit of strength. You just have to take the plastic cap off at the base of the wiper and then there's a single nut to undo. The wiper goes directly onto a gear so just rotate the wiper arm slightly away from the bonnet and push it back onto the gear.
  10. Its a bit smaller than i'm used too...
  11. I've pretty much never heard of any of the Dj's they have on here but its about 60% techno and nearly always worth a listen. https://www.resident...et/podcast.aspx House of God and Atomic Jam at the Que club in Birmingham was my youth. If your looking for old club/radio mixes, try this site. Your only allopwed to post music thats not been commercially avaialbe https://themixingbowl.org Its a torrent site but you have to register and have to keep a decent ratio of upload to download, but there's an amazing amount of old stuff on there
  12. I recently used a detailer to fix some clear coat issues. He had this quote on his web site: What a fantastic job Chris! So good that I had to take her out and show off your work! And boy, she did turn heads tonight! Thanks again, very happy!!†Carl Cox (DJ) (Lotus Cortina) I for one would love to see Carl Cox fit himself in a Cortina.
  13. Here you go : http://www.350z-uk.c...ux-drive-belts/ Just start at step 4. I think one of the bolts is left threaded - can't remember which one though (helpful I know). First time I did this I stripped the threads of the tensioner lock doing it up so be careful. If your searching for something on the forum use just google rather than this sites in built search engine. Tie some string onto the end of your socket wrench and drape it over the front of the car. Your bound to drop it at some point and this makes finding it again a lot easier!
  14. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Product.do?method=view&n=1271&g=385245&p=385248&d=124&c=4&l=2&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Base&utm_campaign=Trailer%20&%20Towing%20Accessories&gclid=CKfz4-Tr0cwCFcSRGwoduZgLeQ Not sure if that link will work so just google race ramps.
  15. GTFO Cloudy headlights are a simple fix, 10 minutes with a polisher or maybe 30 minutes by hand. A detailer would probably fix it for <£50.
  16. I think you should go fora Joker (batman) theme. This would work really well with the colors.
  17. Details and prices for my re-trim can be seen here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/85093-me-myzed-i/page__st__20#entry1580662 £170 including fitting and gear gaiter.
  18. Just put a few black stripes on the backing plate and then you can see if the pad is rotating or not.
