Building lean muscle is a long term goal mate, so just hang on in there.
As the upper half of your body gains in size it will effectively pull some of the skin and fat up with and tighten it up around your stomach area.
Training abs will only strengthen your core, it won't banish any fats or anything from it, so stick to your diet, keep getting yourself down the gym and one more suggestion...
You don't need 40 mins cardio, high intensity & short work outs will help you burn fat a lot quicker! Plus you have more time for the jacuzzi then!
Big congrats on how far you've come fella

Another thing to consider is currently it's more expensive to modify/tune a HR model too.

Looking forward to this!
Btw, the 380mm BBK fit under the standard Rays 😊 running them on mine fella. Minimal clearance but hey, who needs clearance!? It's almost like they were made to fit!

Tastefully modified this one is. Welcome aboard mate

Just a thought — the Racelogic TCM would make the car safer to let the Mrs. drive in the wet, right? How much is it? Need tyres first. Found some MPSS all round for £650-ish.
Have you tried tyreleader.co.uk --> think I paid £120 each for 18" though...may be worth checking out

Woop, coming along nicely!

I only need one but I'll take whatever.
Thanks ogman but I'm not sure that will go with my "standard" look...
Ok mate no probs - hopefully one of these fine chaps will sort you out

Adrian hooked me up with a complete replacement kit.
Energy suspension, at a very reasonable price too. I've never seen so many bushes in one place 😮
.....except for when EuroTrash was on Channel 4

I have some but they have been painted gunmetal with the Nissan text painted in gold...no good if you're on standard rims

does the centre pipe have a silencer on it?! maybe try a straight through pipe if it has?

The thicker boot carpet is impossible to find brand new. I spent ages searching for one and nobody could source me one, I ended up just buying a custom one on eBay for £20!

What condition are the Alezan seats in buddy??

Take the shock absorber (aka strut lol) off then poke the extender up. It's up to you how you thread it cross brace side - I sacrificed one of the two plastic mount clips either side on the top cover, drilled through the cover and cut the extenders to size so just the knobs sit on the top - works perfectly (without rattles). I've seen others keep the extended full length and route it around the brace a bit.
Looks very nice Chris, great work. Will be knicking this idea 😊

What on earth...!!

Some coilover kits would allow you to run the standard height, would kinda make your bilstein B6 purchase pointless though...

Up at our place. Dropping some parts off for another member and parked in a completely empty car park to which someone parked next to him, went in the electrical supply place, whacked his car door open and buggered off.
Fat slothenly gimps!
Wow. What a T*@% !!!!

WHAT THE EFFFF? How? Where?

I'm not a happy bunny. My car has been key scratched down one side in the shipyard at Newcastle :-(
The mechanics from the MOT garage up there noticed it, when they went to pick it up.
I've no idea as yet of the extent of the damage, but it looks like I will be needing some recommendations for paint refinishers in the Lancashire area.
WHAT!! You have to be kidding me, will the shipping insurance not cover that?
Such an awesome example - shame about jealous idiots around!
