You're right, found a powder coating company local to me, quoted £176 all in. A lot cheaper than a mobile wheel specialist.

I'm thinking of changing my wheel colour too, mine are shadow chrome but fancy a darker grey. Revive have quoted £65 per wheel ( and their mobile) which i thought wasn't too bad a price, chips away wanted £85!

Looking really good Ian, black wheels really suit the yellow.

Doing a bit of research, it might be an air leak and not the sensor, it’s just finding it. I’ll spray some water over the manifold, see if there are any bubbles.

P0200 Bank 1 sensor 1, so it's the drivers side pre-cat. Can you live with a faulty sensor?......the car runs absolutely fine.

It’s due a service anyway with Westway so i’ll Ask them to check the exhaust for leaks just in case. If that is ok then I’ll get them to do it.

Great mods there, might get my rear bumper done like that.

Over a period of a week my local tyre/exhaust place have attempted to remove my old sensor but cannot get it off!.....tried heat, penetrating fluid etc. They can unscrew it x3 times and then the thing tightens up!....feels like the thread will strip and then I'll be in a world of pain and they aren't a specialist for zeds. I'm not sure what to do. It throws a light up every couple of months so it's not an urgent problem. It's the pre-cat sensor. Has anybody else had this problem?......if so, how did you remedy it?.....or what are my options?

Once they start throwing codes up they will do it again, just don't know when. I was talking to one of the Techs at my local Nissan dealer, he told me he fixed an on-going problem on another 370 by replacing the sensor.

Welcome to the club!....looks a nice car, you have the usual faults listed with these cars, loads of traders on here will help. As it's a GT4 i would try and keep it standard as I believe these ones will be collectable.

I have just bought an 02 sensor for mine, my code was P0200 Bank 1 sensor 1, pre-cat. It's been coming on every 2-3 months for the last 18 months, kept re-setting it but thought I better get it replaced....finally. Hopefully it's now sorted. Time will tell.

Ha ha! Well spotted mate. Yes, I had bigger rear silencers fitted (power flow) and also straightened the tips which are also slightly bigger. It’s quietened it down and much easier to live with, it’s absolutely perfect for me now.

Hey all, for those that don't do facebook, here's some photos of my car with it's new side stripes. Nissan are putting these on the Heritage base model. (Less the bonnet and roof stripes!). I'm really happy with them.

Nice one Bob, welcome to 370 ownership. Are you going to replace the rear fog light with an LED one?...been thinking of changing mine.

Take your car to your local Nissan dealer and ask the service manager or warranty manager to look at the car. They will insist on having a full Nissan service history though and that the door has not been painted previously. Make sure you tell them to put the claim through as corrosion warranty (12 years) and not a paint defect (3 years).

The 370z got off to a bad start don't forget....just as the banks crashed the world's economy!
