Sure am! If we do another tour next year you'll have to come with us!My zed was absolutely minging by the time i got home, clocked up 1800 miles door to door and worth every mile. Mine is also grey!
I was with Wendy's Scotland tour last week bud, spotted your car in the car park of Eilean Donan castle!.....I pointed it out to some of the others. We parked over the other side of the road so you wouldn't have seen us all. There were x4 350's, x2 370's, 335i BMW and an Infinity G50s.
Small world eh!?
Yep, I bought some of those bulbs, they looked a lot better, however, compared to the orange ones they were not as bright, they didn't "click" into place so the fit didn't seem as secure and they got really hot so I put the orange ones back in.
I've just had my headlamps restored by a company called RSV Graphics in Dudley......and now they look like new, I was totally blown away at how good they look.
I know this is a really old post but I've just bought the Silvertec bulbs and my findings are they don't fit as well as the original orange bulb (there isn't a resounding click when you push them in) and also they aren't as bright as the orginals.......is that what everyone else has found?
So....took my car to Rich @ RSV Graphics to get my headlights polished and change the orange reflectors to clear ones (purchased from Riks Accessories in the states) and I can only say.....WOW! He done an absolute superb job. Here's their website address: http://www.rsvgraphics.com/contactus/ So pleased with them, they look brand new again. Here's some photo's...
