Nice one Ian... Was it that bad? I never noticed it. I just recently had the arches rolled at the back and im worried all the gunk and moisture will get stuck in there and turn my car into a rusty old nail.. Is there anything i can do to protect that area? grey primer on the inside of the arch maybe after a good clean? I had them rolled because they where rubbing and the worry itsthat paint has been removed with the tyre and will now rust.

Mine does this.. its going on the ramp this weekend so good time to check over all the suspension parts

Hi Folks.. its that time again.. Had Motul last time around but going for the "Forum Recommended" oil this time.. there are two prices for it though, can someone clear this up. Why is this: http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60169-silkolene-pro-s-5w-30-ester-synthetic-oil-for-high-performance-engines.aspx Different to this: http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-68896-fuchs-titan-race-pro-s-5w-30-ester-fully-synthetic-engine-oil.aspx One says "For high performance engines" does this mean me? Also are the K 'n' N oil filters worth the money? I change my oil twice a year so i'm thinking no but maybe i need it for the oil above? Thanks in advance.. I didn't realise the oil required was fully synthetic either thought it was semi-synthetic Matt

I did the spacers to the same.. I put plenty of copper slip on the face and hub too (which i know people hate) tracked the car and do a lot of driving never had issues.

I have the ones your looking at in blue.. they are fine but if you take your wheels off every year expect to be buying some more as the colour coating comes away and then they rust.. Mine are less than 12 months old (but have been on over winter) and they are screwed! Busy old thread this.... I love it ! those wheels are awesome.. Did you buy them like that? what make are they? I only ask because if you had them anodized by a company i would be interested to find out who does it. Looks really good, im not a fan of the green but i personally think loud colours are better thanks subtle blacks / silvers.. So when will it be "on show" need to see this one in the flesh

Hi Folks.. just going to leave these two pics here. These are the only two good pics i got of my car between having the bumpers repainted, shocks done and arches rolled (due to the new wheels) and then somebody hitting it a few weeks ago. Just out of curiosity And I hope I'm not out of touch asking here but it's related.. how much would it cost for a new de engine? Or does that really depend on where you go and who you know. It's something that's always played on the back of my mind with my car being an 03 (I know there are probably people with much higher miles cars than mine) I could always ask this elsewhere poorly curiosity Matt

The zed has n ever been to a hand job place while I have owned it.. it takes me about half hour to wash my car if I'm in a hurry.. I've come back from a days blasting around Wales, washed the car and made it to a static meet in the early evening. if your lucky enough to have everything in a convenient place it shouldn't take too long.

Haha can I just clarify that I'm not in the market for a 30 grand car and this is just a bit of fun... just thought it would be interesting to see what peoples idea of an upgrade from the zed would be. Doesn't have to be fast for me it's about how it makes you feel when you get in and drive it and of course how it looks

Hey guys.. wow seme really interesting points here. I was playing the auto trader game but what really hits home is just how good the 350 and 370 look! They're rare and although not that fast they're stunning head turners. Yes the SL would be on the list but I don't like the interior much. Point is you can buy faster diesels these days but that's not what it's about. Let's start again with what's a real head turner for 30k
