  2. Just a quick one to say thanks to Mark and the team at abbey. Had my car in today for an uprev map to sort out a hesitation issue i had. Service was brilliant, Mark explained to me exactly what he was doing and how it all works while carrying out the map! Great work. I will defiantly be returning for bits in the future Thanks again! 10. Ooooo, tell, tell, you must, you must!! Over £7k worth of unneccesary parts fitted under warranty over a 2-year period, before finally getting an ECU patch loaded by my local HPC which cured it! Its quite a well known issue in the US, where there is an official Nissan patch for the ECU. Dave Hi Dave I think your inbox is full, tried messaging you about this issue. 11. If you skip through to about page 30 onwards. That's where people are seeing some results.

  13. It's defiantly a misfire as my friends hr doesn't do it. There is a big thread on the issue on my350z.com. I'm sure we will get to the bottom of it eventually
  14. I'm not sure if a remap would fix it. I'm not aware of anyone's being sorted from a map... There must be people out there who have had this problem and had it sorted by nissan?
  15. Done the plugs on her the other day, also cleaned the throttle body's as they were dirty, still no change. I'm convinced its the exhaust cam phasing that's causing the issue. Don't really no what the fix is at this point. Can't understand how only a handful of hr's do this.
  16. Cheers everyone for the response, I soaked up as much as I could with a cloth and ran her up. All is good. I expect it will just fill up again. Yeah it seems like alot of time to replace it if it just happens again within the next 10k miles as its a bad design!
  17. Oh I see, I say it was full there was only a small puddle around the plug.
  18. Changing my spark plugs at the moment on the 350 and have found the left hand side back tube (no.6?) with oil in it. I think it's seeping through from where the tube meets the valve cover. Is this a common issue? Cheers Ross
  19. Silver zed coming into westoning about quarter past 6 last night. Had the roof down.
  20. I have the Bose AE2i (lower end of the range) and even these are brilliant. Good to fold down into a pocket or small bag if using them while on the move. Not as much deep bass as the beats but overall a more quality product I feel.
  21. Just been out for an hour and the hesitation/bog is defiantly softer when the engine is hot. Only starts doing it after about 10 minutes of driving once its warmed up. Always happens under 2000 rpm on light throttle
  22. Not sure as previous owner had it serviced and then sold it within a few months. Il get the plugs out see what they are like
  23. Hi all brought my zed a few weeks ago since then I haven't really had the time to give her a good clean polish and wax. Anyway weekend just gone I got down to it. Mostly getting rid of all the swirl marks that had built up over the years.
