  1. Sorry nope only the 1. Maybe one or two of the admins accidentally submitted it twice ? unless I have been doing things in my sleep again Thanks
  2. Blitz SBC i-color Spec-R Electronic Boost Controller. - NOW SOLD Admins please lock IMHO one of the best devices out there, not only gives superb control of your boost settings, but with the additional cable, you can monitor other parameters, ie. Voltage, Oil, AF, Data logging and more. Purchased new and used for about 4 months, since then its been packed away. (Moved from MR2 Turbo to 350Z) Comes complete with manuals (English). You will get: Electronic Boost Controller Gauge Dual Solenoid Valve Control Unit Vacuum Hose Cables Manuals. All in excellent condition and perfect working order. Anyone who might be interested I can do a video showing all the features running prior to purchase if required. Given the position of the engine in the MR2, I had the looms professionally extended to allow fitment anywhere in the MR2, so you get plenty of cable to hookup the solenoid and other wires that you need for Speed sensor, etc. The SBC i-Color is the latest in the range of Blitz Boost Controllers and represents a revolution in both performance and display. Featuring a 65,000 colour display, and a screen that can be flipped so that it can be mounted in different positions. The SBC i-Color's primary purpose is electronic boost control and the Spec R version, employs a twin solenoid design for ultimate boost control up to 2.5bar. The head unit can also display a multitude of readings including boost, power and torque, speed and rpm. With the relevant sensors fitted the unit can also display oil/water temperature, oil/fuel pressure The SBC i-Color can also read wideband air/fuel ratio with the addition of the A/F Analyser. Note: There are 2 plugs for optional sensors. One is strictly for Temperature and the other is for either Pressure OR A/F Analyser. The unit is not able to display both Pressure and A/F. All this functionality means that many gauges can be combined into one unit, especially useful for those with limited dashboard space. Looking for £250.00 Incl secure delivery. I know its a lot, but you only need to price these up on eBay to realise that this is actually a bargain price. Blitz UK: http://www.blitz-uk....ctItem-314.aspx
  3. They have a 2003 MX5 in a green/blue colour, looks very tidy, just a long way for us to travel to do an initial viewing.

  7. Sorry to hear of this bud, total scumbags these people. Have you posted it on Facebook. always seem to get good results with facebook as it gets flooded with the pic very quickly
  8. Yep over the moon with it, think it really adds that something special to the bay :-)
  9. Sorry Mark, dam work keeps interfering in my "Play time". Anyway, glorious day today, so time to get the brace on: Please bear in mind that I am probably the worlds worst at taking piccies, will get my son-in-law to do some Hi Res one's tomorrow: I have to say that my pics do NOT do the brace justice, it truly is a work of art of the highest quality, I totally love it and should of grabbed it sooner. Now I have to finish off the engine bay: Red Mishmoto Hose Red Dress Conduit Some other tricks up my sleeve. I think I will need to do something about the airfilter, the Mishmoto hose I have maybe a little too short so the filter is up tight against the brace, whereas if the hose was 20mm longer, it would clear it with no problems, or the other option is to go back to the standard filter box.......... But that will totally screw up the Core Brace Mark so lovingly made, but will chat to you about the options. In the meantime, enjoy, and a massive thanks for the brace.

  11. To be honest, in the Northeast I would only trust Lee and Family from "Falcon Engineering" over at Boro. They do an awesome job and their painting is top notch. Did my rear bumper and some other bits and the job is immaculate. Give Lee a shout on the forum, sure he will be able to assit you
  12. Have had both knee joints replaced (full not partial). First had problems when I was in the early 30's and all doctors refused to give me the much needed knee change. Eventually had a "Sit in" at the surgeons office and refused to move until we resolved the issue. The issue being that I was too young for the op. Eventually had to see 2 surgeons, and managed to convince them that I wanted quality of life now, not when I am 65. Extremely painful process and a long recovery road, but worth it in the end. Knees are a total nightmare, and I went through years of agony. Dont get me wrong, I still have pain now, but nothing like I used to, yes its limited me to what I can do, ie no more kneeling and that sort of thing, but I always find a way around. Everyone thinks its funny watching me taking wheels off the cars........Its like a circus act getting up and down, but I dont let the knees stop me. If I can offer any advice, its fight to get them sorted sooner rather than later.
  13. The guys usually have one done so you can just swap out...... They send you the bling, you change it over and send the old one back
  14. To be honest I ordered from SGS a few weeks back, they messed me around on delivery dates after telling me it would be next day. After numerous phone calls and broken promises I got them to refund, and now looking around for another supplier.
  15. Awesome exhaust and sounds immense with the Berk HFC's ....... I never stop grinning
  16. I am involved in accidents at least a couple of times a week, I obviously forget about them, and maybe old age is taking its toll on the grey cells, but its a good job a nice lady or gent call me at home on a night to discuss them and help me get the claims sorted
  17. Thanks GMballistic, Yep price is correct and yep lot of car for a little money. If I had the time to strip it I would double my money, but unfortunately these days work is a slave driver so I dont have the time. Wife has loved every minute of this car and in fact commented last night that she will really miss it, always got attention at the shows and every year the MOT guys comments on how good it is.

Owned by a MR2 enthusiast who is a member of various MR2 forums. All documents show what has been done to the car during its lifetime, even from the original owner, everything is well documented. From the MOT certs and other documentation, you will see that the vehicle covered less than 2500 miles per year. Notes: Engine swapped out for Revision 3 NA at 114,000 Miles (26 March 2011) Prior to fitting the engine was stripped down (pro garage) and all components checked. Engine had only covered circa 50,000 On engine change, the following were replaced with new items: • Toyota Oil Pump • Toyota Water Pump • Toyota Cam Belt and Tensioner • Toyota Forlife Coolant • Rocker cover seals • Spark Plugs In addition the usual filters and fluids were changed to both engine & gearbox. Clutch was not replaced as this had only recently been done. Engine bay has been extensively customised with the turbo weather shield being full “hydro-dipped†in Candy Apple Red carbon. The same dipping has been carried out to other various elements of the engine bay. Custom exhaust heat shield powder coated in “Prismatic Black†Custom mirror stainless steel covers have been fitted to both the front and rear fuse box lids The vehicle has been regularly serviced, with regular oil & filter changes, which were either carried out by Woodsport or owner. There is a "LikWidArt" 3D Gel Scorpion on the bonnet (top drivers side) not everyone's taste, but a significant sum was spent on this. It can be easily removed if required. This was designed and installed by Rob from Likwidart. The car runs and drives lovely. Having owned it for over 8yrs and loved every minute of it, I now fancy a change and have recently purchased a Honda Accord Type-R Many of the MR2 forum members will recognise the car and know how well it’s been looked after in its lifetime. This MR2 has regularly appeared at various MR2 meets and events, including JAE for the last 7yrs. As there will be no other MR2’s in the family, there will be a box of extensive various spares supplied along with the car. We have an extensive amount of photos showing all areas of the car, this is to help anyone who is travelling any distance to get an idea of the car before spending out on travelling. The photos are in subject folders; Bodywork, Interior, Engine Bay, etc. The photos can be viewed at the following link: http://tinyurl.com/qhy38cj or HERE All photos have been left in high resolution to enable the viewer to zoom in on anything they like, so be warned that on a slow internet connection, these could take some time. The Bad Bits (and they all have them): There are a couple of spots of bubbling, 1 on each rear wheel arch. Fairly sure this is not rust but the paint bubbling as the previous repair was done in damp weather. Each piece is about the size of a 50p piece. (See pics below) Where the sills were repaired and the guy that did it did not lay down any rubberised coating before spraying (Body Shultz) the damp has got under the paint and lift it in places. Ideally it needs brushing off, coating in Shultz then spraying to colour. The aerial mast no longer goes up/down, although it does not affect radio reception. This just needs the mast kit which is about £20 off eBay, unfortunately due to work commitments I just don’t have the time to do it. Some pics to wet the appetite as they say.... LikWidArt Scropion as diesigned and fitted by Rob:
  19. 9.5 front and 10.5 rear would be my choice Chris, whats the delivery time scale for the above sizes in black ?
  20. Oh Crap...... Chris goes and does it to me again!!!!! trying to rape my wallet... Cant decide on whether to go for the JR11 or the JR3. Really like the concave on the JR11 and in the black will hopefully look good on my black zed....decisions decisions. Size wise.... as I have nearly new MPSS. I was thinking the 18x8.5 ET30 and 18x9.5 ET30 in the JR11 ...... whats the concensus on the sizes, and the ability to use my existing tyres..... Oh and I have Brembo brakes. In the JR3, I was thinking 18x8.5 ET30 and 18x9.5 ET22 (on both f&r there is an option for ET15) I need your help guys also need to get my son-in-law to photoshop both onto the car..............Dam you Chris!!!!!
  21. Synology all the way, superb user interface, bags of other apps included which can be very useful. We use the rackmount version at work and I use the DS213 series at home and in our remote sites mirrored dirves and 100% reliability.
  22. Did think of Thor and do remember them being there, good call, thanks
  23. My daughter is involved with JAE2015, mainly getting traders in for all us "Petrol Heads". She is wanting to try and get a company/trader to come along who can provide a rolling road in order they can do some "power run" competitions. So, question is, does anyone know of anyone who has a portable unit who we might be able to get to the venue? Thanks
  24. IMHO a bad move, why? My son-in-law has his own little business doning all sorts of LED stuff, so gets lots of samples from manufacturers. On a couple of occassion he has got the LED headlight bulbs and we tried them in my MR2. To say the throw was pants, is an understatement. Yes they glowed nice and white, but had no power behind them. As I said, we have tried several, and the one's he gets are generally the top end of the range rather than eBay jobs. I went back to my Osram night breakers. Please bear in my this is only my opinion based on personal use.
