Like I said before. I only do birthday messages to people that have actually logged on recently since there's a good chance they might actually see it. If they've not been active for a couple of weeks or more then I don't bother.
Is there a contact number? Maybe you can offer to 'rescue' it. It'll save them money having to do it. Not sure how you'd go about getting it transferred in to your name though (if in fact you even want it)

Didn't realise my birthday wishes would rub anyone up the wrong way, that wasn't my intention. I do actually check the activity before posting. As a rule (that I made up) I only wish people a happy birthday if they've logged in within the last couple of weeks as not everyone logs on every day.
I apologise if it's annoyed people.
