  1. About 6.30pm at Sainsburys in Lordshill. You were parking just after I crossed in front of you.
  2. It is advisable to change the flywheel at the same time as the clutch, partly because they often go when the clutch goes on these and partly because you don't want to pay labour charges twice, ice once for the clutch change and again for a flywheel later on. Probably minimum £250 labour each time.
  3. If you want to see one I can tell you where it was parked...
  4. Just seen you parked up...
  5. Just gone down the High Street, Lyndhurst... I was sat on bench eating ice cream with my boy and dog.
  6. I have not searched for anything, have purely opened the site, but first impressions - like it a lot. Very good looking and well presented.
  7. SIlver 02 JDM entering the docks - probably going on a cruise??? A grey 350Z with cherished transfer D9*** parked up.
  8. I don't understand it either, they never sound as good and they never perform as well as the genuine article and I too think they are a pointless exercise. Putting a horn on a pony does not make it a Unicorn...
  9. All I can find out is that it is a 2010 vehicle.
  10. If tax isn't an issue then go for the 313 I only had an 04 for the tax reasons and purchase price / my budget at the time and I am already paying high tax on the Jeep, didn't want to fork out nearly 1k to tax two cars.
  11. I've been looking at them too for my younger brother, just not seen the right one yet...
  12. Seen WU06 again in Lyndhurst yesterday evening...
  13. Could have been tempted had I known earlier, never mind...
  14. I'd better get her up on the ramps and locate the leak...
  15. Nearside exhaust is blowing, need to find someone who can seam weld it...
  16. I used Formula 1 and haggled a bit and they would fit parts you provide too but they try and advise against this because of there is a problem you would be liable for labour charges to remove parts for you to pursue complaint against provider. I did insist on Exedy parts though and they sourced them, perhaps a little dearer than the cheapest places I found for these parts but I consider this okay as in effect it's like an insurance should they fail because they will then foot the removal bill. Nissan were also very helpful by me and offered to fit anything I provided but labour would have been £320 + VAT (4 hours)
  17. Sounds like my symptoms, over revving then biting. Would suggest its a two person job due to weight of gearbox. 5-6 hours works as well especially if you have not done one before. I wanted to do my own but changed my mind. Yes it cost me a thousand pounds but £750 of that was clutch and flywheel, labour quite insignificant compared to parts.
  18. Apparently that wasn't a police vehicle, there was some other marking on it and it is a prop for a film company. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=582610828427879&set=a.479217788767184.111831.479202222102074&type=1&ref=nf
  19. I personally think the roads are not policed enough and one of the reasons that driving standards are so poor, in my opinion, and welcome more fines and enforcement. The simple thing is - don't get caught out!
  20. Around 4.45pm today you had turned off Leigh Road, saw me and flashed! I waved back and was very pleased, sad I know but I spot so many but don't get seen or acknowledged myself - thanks!
  21. Awesome times ahead me hopes...
