  1. I had spoilers like that on my previous cars and (on the autobahn) at 80mph+ you feel that backend push down its a nice comforting feeling
  2. That's an interesting read, it basically tells me that there is only a few feet difference from JDM brakes to a 356mm £2000 package. Maybe they were only using stoptechs 4 pots? I dont know iv tried to find information on what calipers but doesnt tell you in there packages..
  3. I would say abit of both but more concerned with performance but i tend to use super-late braking in corner entry. Im aiming for 350wbhp or there abouts.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M2nSMzdxg8 Na power...Espirit 350z.....End of lol!
  5. I like it nice with the sidesteps
  6. I have a Blitz SUS, but id prob go for apexi given your choices =)
  7. Yeah i suppose my car weighs like a bus anyway lol a lil more weight wont matter haha..
  8. " Brembo brakes were removed for the 2005 and 2006 models, and the brakes were redesigned with larger discs and a different caliper design. This was partly in response to a number of complaints about the previous years' brakes, which included a class action lawsuit filed in California related to premature wear on 2003–2004 models" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infiniti_G 2006 refresh
  9. Yup im on JDM 2005 Kouki revised brakes which are larger then jdm 350z brakes i think.. http://www.jlimports.com.au/nissan-skyline-350gt-v35-coupe 2005 revisions
  10. Ahh ok thanks, but surely pipework is cheap and can be fabricated easily to suit? Or is the cost difference between a RHD and LHD setup the same? Just heard that RHD are hard to get a hold of because mostly US based kits..
  11. Wow I learned awhole lot more thanks! But just a quickie.. Why does it matter RHD and LHD on turbo kits for VQ35de engine?
  12. Is there new link? Sorry I know this is ancient thread. Got to admire your quest for info, PM the following for S/C info, Keyser, GT4 Zed, Octet, Sam Mcgoo and Andy James for TT, apologies to anyone I missed Thanks il try and get to grips with different setups before pestering everyone!haha as I can be annoying at times..
  13. Did this get finished? If so how much? And would NA cars benefit or only Fi?
  14. Is there new link? Sorry I know this is ancient thread.
  15. I would say about 380whp for a turbo and about 400whp for sc kits. those numbers have been reliably done with a good tune and are still going strong without any issues. anything more and the stress on the internals are a bit higher than what you would like!! When you mean reliably do you mean a good few years before a rebuild or reliably like oem turbo setup reliability?
  16. Yep im on my quest for turbo setup... fingers crossed! =)
  17. Wow first page and headache.. lol But good info!
  18. Does anyone here have a turbo setup? Im interested in building a turbo setup... Stupid Fecking Quick edition Evo annihilated me.... edit: found forced induction tab lol
  19. is 356mm front really necessary? Would 6pot 330 front and 4pot 330mm rear suffice? As Im worried about unsprung weight.. I know the calipers are 5lbs and oem brembo are 14lb i think, but what are the weight difference between 356mm and 330mm rotors? also is there much weight saving on split rotors? I will be fast road / occasional track orientated. I have 19" oem rays if thats any help. Also would having temporarily the front brake kit on until i can afford rear set too, affect the brake bias much?
  20. http://zeckhausen.com/Testing_Brakes.htm Heres a nice lil read about brakes
  21. Is it not an extra £100 if you want the rear discs to make use of the OEM handbrake shoes? Handbrake shoes? do we not have caliper n discs at back? Our handbrake uses shoes round the axle hubs i believe. The handbrake doesnt use the caliper or brake discs Ahh il prob need that then my handbrake sucks!
  22. Yeah i think im swaying to that option do you have koyo yourself? Yeah I had the 52mm version on my car +1 I have the Koyo radiator with Mishimoto fans and aluminium shroud - works fine for me. How much did you get yours for? I seen them for around 250-300 would these be fake? or is that the roughtimate price for them?
  23. with D2, ksport or ceilica or watever there called lol? I just want purple brakes that will emergency stop on the spot lol In BBKs i can supply Ksport, D2, Akebono, Wilwood, AP Racing and Stoptech If you just want to stop then a full Stoptech set up discs, pads, lines will be a cheaper option, unless you are SC ing or tracking regularly. pmd
