I got tarmac side steps from my daughter and her boyfriend. fitted them last week best bit about it .it has me back on the forum.

black marks looks like some c××t put something on it .think the small circles may be plastic injection marks left with the manufacturing process

radio depending on the station when the volume is at really low level if you listen for a slight his you can hear it.I've still got my original ariel in my garage somewhere like every body else I have a stubby fitted don't think that helps.90% of the time I use USB my Kenwood has the cable permanently connected at the back of the head unit going into the cubby box it sounds spot on to my ears .can't remember the last time I had a CD on .

before removing the bose on a budget head unit did you switch off the speed volume control think that's what is called I like loud rock music only time my music is quiet is when my wife is in the car I done the buster mod years ago and it is still spot on

I've not visited this great forum for quite some time. my zed has been great only thing I've done since my last visit is fit tarmac side steps. hopefully make some of the Jap shows this year and maybe have time to attend some of the meeting's.

Same as pete said your doing lots of cold running spark plugs will probly be a bit black . Id wait till it gets a bit warmer.

Panel clips most of them are small type some of them say the six under the bonnet holding top edge of the bumper are large also front sections of the wheel arch guards are large.
