  2. New spoiler now fitted. More pics in my build thread.
  3. Its a bit wet and cold outside this morning but i managed to get some pictures of my new fitted spoiler
  4. A little bit more than that.
  5. Little update. I removed the boot weight today. To make way for an even bigger boot weight Pics to follow tomorrow if the weather is fine, as it was almost dark when i finished.
  6. Great buy! Which cam did you choose? Fitted in the license plate light? CMOS or CCD? What do you think of it? How does the subwoofer work with the unit? Some say this combination doesn't result in good quality,... wondering what that means and what's your opinion. Did you use the sound booster? Much better! Now the background mesh is sharp. What resolution did you guys use? The subwoofer works, but not as well as i would like. The rest of the speakers sound ok, but I'll probably rip all those out come the warmer weather. I didnt use the sound booster. I followed Busters instructions for soldering the connections instead. Youll have to ask Veegee about the resolution he used, but im pretty sure it was 800x480.
  7. Thanks, will dig it. Do you remember which adapter worked? Can you share a link? Is there difference in which wire you choose? This one http://incartec.co.uk/Pages/Product.aspx?P=2975
  8. Just installed a non branded unit similar to above in mine. Have a look in my build thread ( link in signature). I had to buy an adapter from incartec but the steering wheel controls work fine using 1 wire only. I wouldn't say it's an easy install, simply because the Bose is an active system, so I can see why some people choose to replace the whole setup, but I think any system can be fitted as long as you get the correct adapters.
  9. Looks very nice. Apparently parts of the UK will see snow today, according to the latest weather report.
  10. Yeah, I realise the cv joint rotates the same speed as the wheel. What I was trying to explain was, if it was a stone then I would get 1 click per revolution. I get lots of clicks per revolution. I could have lots of stones though I'll get Xmas and new year over with and then see if I can narrow it down to one side.
  11. I haven't, but the clicks faster than the rotation of the wheels. Did you replace yours?
  12. Which ones do you still need? The yellow ferrari, blue ferrari and the F1 mate. I'll fill up these few days, hopefull in another garage further away and they still have some in stock That would be great if you could help Ive got a spare F12 Berlinetta but I'll look out for the ones you need when im next at Shell.
  13. Anybody had experience with these before? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CV-Joint-Half-Shaft-Rear-Right-USA-Ind-AX-1125-Reman-fits-03-09-Nissan-350Z-/321586850307?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ae011ea03
  14. You are supposed to be using super unleaded. States it in the manual and inside the fuel filler cap.
  15. Its working fine. I can sit in my house and decide what apps I want and download them to the car from the comfort of my lounge Satnav works brilliantly. I didnt get it from ebay. I bought it from a guy I have bought one from before for another car, so I trust him. They also have a UK based service centre in case of problems. I think I paid £380 including a reversing camera. I can put you in touch with him if you like.
  16. Which ones do you still need?
  17. Thanks to Veegee I now have the background on my head unit looking like this
  18. Finally finished my shell VPower Collection
  19. Happy Christmas all. Have a great day
  20. Yeah, I just realised I have posted about this before, but then couldn't find my original thread, so apologies there. I asked Cougar Stores to check over the cv joints etc when I was over there a few weeks back, but nothing obviously worn. I'll get them to check again in a couple of weeks when the service is booked.
  21. Occasionally when travelling slowly (20-30mph) in traffic, I hear a fast clicking noise from the rear of the car. If I am able to increase speed then the noise goes. Or, I can let off the throttle and then back on again, and the noise goes. Any ideas?
  22. Be interested in the results, as I like the look of this.
