  1. If I remember correctly, it's the green/ white wire from your reverse light that you need to tap into.
  2. Can you not heat them up a bit and bend a bit more of a curve into them before fitting?
  3. Went out to the car this afternoon, and noticed a screw sticking out from drivers side front tyre I've only recently had a full set of MPSS fitted so I was hoping it could be repaired. No such luck. It's outside the repairable area, so I have to go back again tomorrow for a new tyre. Oh well, S-Max it is for work tonight then.
  4. Sorry to hear about this Vlad. I struggled to find a body shop around this area, and after my car got scraped by some idiot, I took it to our local chips away for repair. I was that impressed with how that turned out, that I now use the same guy for spraying my spoiler and lip etc. At least I can trust him, and he takes pride in his work, especially as he likes my car. Hope you get sorted soon.
  5. Any good to you? http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/95850-alpine-ixa-w407bt-double-din-head-unit-cables/
  6. unfortunately im on pure rally that weekend aliveboy might be there tho, unless i start that day of pure rally in cardiff and end in Manchester wonder if i can make a small detour for a few hours Well I'll see one or both of you over there then
  7. Well done Stevo. Admire your dedication. Reminds me, I had better ring up Rockingham and get my drifting experience booked in Might have to get over to the pod on May 2nd. Haven't been over there for just over a year now.
  8. Awesome idea - I would have done that years ago but I don't have the head room in the current Zed Shed - that's not to say the planning app didn't have a double garage with quite a high roof on it But that's not the new toy coming this week/weekend - I have had my eye out for a while for this little gizmo and saw one at a good price on eBay so made an offer and a deal was done I had been looking at those low profile scissor lift type lifts, so you don't need the headroom you would need with a 2 or 4 poster. Lift the car up, put 4 axle stands under, lower the lift again so you have access to all of the underside. Any more clues? I have spent many an hour looking at those scissor lifts - can't quite justify it but been close a few times. Any more clues - you will never guess what colour it is A big green tool
  9. Sounds like the only other option is a flask ( to replace kettle), and some cordless power tools. You can get some decent battery powered lights for in there.

  11. I would've suggested that but the op says its 50 metres away and across the road.
  12. That item you're looking at will only give a 12v dc output, so you wouldn't be able to use a household kettle or run strip lights. Can you not sit a generator behind the garage ( less noise), and run the lead through the wall?
  13. Leave your lights on all night tonight, and then you'll be able to try it out in the morning I haven't used mine yet.
  14. Lovely underside. Do you post to Italy?
  15. The workmanship in that looks excellent. Keep it up
  16. Was just about to point him in your direction when I saw your FS thread pop up
  17. Looking good Some nice little, and some bigger mods going on there.
  18. I wish! It's my mates, its got 2 combines next to the Z in there! Very handy. The garage, not the combine
  19. Great news You've got a big enough garage there haven't you
