Mine was hesitant when pulling away, when I changed the spark plugs during a service it completely transformed it and became very smooth. This is on a 57 plate 313 which was on 54k, if they haven't already been changed then I'd recommend having them done.

Later Zs with the Xenons are brilliant, never driven another car with such bright lights and good throw, don't know if they can be retro fitted to older Zs?

I'd go for H-Dev silenced decats if I was going that route, it can be very loud with some decats. Just wish they fitted the HR.

Cobra resonated is louder and deeper than stock and drones in the cabin at 2000-2500rpm under load (uphill etc) It sounds great but if you want to keep it OEM sounding then it may not be for you, Miltek would be a better option. Best to hear them in person as they don't sound the same in videos.

Go for it. Absolutely love my Black Diamonds, especially with the HELs and Motul fluid, really good upgrade from stock.

Yep, main reason I went for mine, get the odd scrape at the moment so didn't want to go too low but also wanted to improve the ride so best of both worlds really. Thought your car had a bit of a lower stance when we spotted each other a few weeks ago, subtle but looks good

Wasn't going to do any more mods until after Christmas but ended up buying myself a Christmas present for the Z from Clark Motorsport, some Tein S-Tech lowering springs. Might brave the cold and fit them this weekend. After Christmas I shall be fitting Eibach ARBs to tighten up body roll and possibly new rear drop links too, I think the current ones are worn as I get a rear squeak when the car is cold over bumps but I'll investigate properly when I'm doing the springs to confirm that. List of mods is growing constantly...!

I tend to heel toe a lot of the time, especially fast roundabouts on dual carriageways just makes for much smoother gear changes. So much easier with a 380RS pedal though, OEM was very difficult to heel toe on.

I usually fill up when it's just over 1/4 tank, only ever use V Power so just fill up when I'm near my local ones don't want to risk getting too low and having to use different fuel. The only time I ever had to put 70L+ in was when I first bought it.

It's a bit firmer than OEM, but not too much. Mines a daily driver too and this setup made for an enjoyable tour from the UK to Germany, to Switzerland, to Italy, the south of France and all the way back and all that without getting a sore back, the missus managed to sleep quite comfortably too Cheers. Ordered some Teins ARBs after Christmas.

How is the ride compared to stock? I use my Z as a daily driver so don't want a rock hard set up and I like the firmness it is currently at, but obviously less body roll with cornering.
