No headlight washers hence dont think GT spec / poss import
I don't think the Nismo kit has them.
-
Excellent, I'll keep an eye out for it.
Good video of a resonated system here, so will be nice to compare:
-
Cheers mate! The drop is subtle isn't it. I'm still undecided, how does it ride, is it any harder?
I understood the difference between resonated and non res to basically be the volume, is that not the case?

FWIW coming from a VW, everything Japanese car related (perhaps it's just the 350) seems expensive.
-
Tidy! Price seems fair plus room for a bit of haggling.

Hello mate, car looks great, best colour too!
If you have any other pictures of the car since you fitted the Teins can you post them up? I've got 19's and thinking I might need to lower it a tad.
Also thinking about getting a non-res Cobra, how are you getting on with yours, still loud and exciting?

Do what every Zeditis sufferer does and say below in regards to all future mods
"That? Oh that was £50."
This is one of my favorites..."I got it cheap off the forum, only £20 plus shipping".

Interesting list, doesn't appear to be massively accurate but still a nice read. This really puts things into perspective:
Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang 5.5 s
Nissan 350Z (308bhp) 12.7 s
Think about what it feels like mashing your 350Z to 100MPH. Now imagine doing that in 7.2 seconds less time! It must be a serious rush.
Yeah, pretty much what it's like on a motorbike
That's a good point, if you haven't ridden a motorbike it's hard to imagine but yes 0-100 in a few seconds is quite a rush!

Nissan Nismo 350z in 350th place. How appropriate!

I think you should 'acquire' a pair and send them their way

I laughed quite a lot. Funniest part in the whole episode was this:

This is good news for me, bad news for my mortgage deposit savings!
Welcome to the forum!

I also think a lot of people underestimate the running costs.
Pete
This. I don't plan on selling mine but I 100% underestimated the fuel costs. Currently looking at getting back into my old 1.2 Clio for my commute, lucky I still have it!

Interesting this has come up, it's something that I have also been thinking about recently also.

Playing FF XIII on my 360, trying to finish off the last achievements. Been grinding the same mission for about 18 hours in total now....

I hate the finish of plastidip. I don't know if it was invented for some specific purpose but wherever I have seen it used (on cars), it looks horrible. I'd personally avoid using it at all costs!

Yea mate
I would like the 3SDM wheels to 0.05 ones
If I had the cash for air, I'd get air and 19" 0.05 3SDMs in a flash!
(Also ex Vag owner).

They look awesome!

I'm interested in the mention of Black Hole for a GM car...mine is technically Twilight but I avoided using it because I assumed it was only for dark cars. I'll give it a go!
-
What wheel and tyre setup have you got? I have 19's on standard UK suspension and two friends have the 18" Rays on the same suspension and their cars are definitely less crashy than mine!
-
Thanks for the replies everyone. Does anyone know who owns the red zed (4th to exit) and the 6th zed in this video?
That's the sound I want!
-
Speak to cougar stores if you are after a price.
Will do
-
My non res cobra sounds better than that
Can sort you a proper sound clip out if you want
I'm certainly interested! What's the setup?
By far the best video I've seen of the best exhaust ever for the 350z!!!
I'm not sure if that's sarcasm or not? Is it your car?
How can you tell if there's a problem with the LSD?

I got some of these from Clark Motorsport because my OEM items were identified as causing the 'bump' i was getting when changing gear quickly during 'fruity' acceleration. They did the trick and there is a positive overall improvement which I find it hard to describe. General driving just feels tighter is about the best I can manage. Oddly the exhaust note sounds slightly better inside the cabin but I'm not sure how that's possible, perhaps someone can explain?
I should add, these are apparently a bitch to fit. I got mine fitted at TGM in Fleet and was told it was a horrible job. Glad I didn't attempt it on the drive!!
