Have to agree with Ekona on cayman, I have heard a few horror stories with the 3 series in general never mind the m3 with electrics but as I have said before I wouldnt look twice at an M3 they are becoming that common. Really like the S5, very nice looking car in a more subtle way. 370Z is a sensible choice and if you go for an older one with all the toys i doubt you would be annoyed with your choice. Cayman has to be a main choice, it is a porsche and doesn't have the entry level boxter look about it

I had issues with my Zed when I got it, which almost ruined the new car feeling. but it got sorted and it was all worth it. If they are giving you hassel just grit you teeth, get yourself 2 decent tyres then try and forget about it

The last picture they dont look ilegal, but the one from over the rear quarter they are 100% ilegal. Was the one over the rear quarter with the stretched tyres ? Stretch them more or get a wide arch body kit or just dingy it either way they look pretty sweet

Bucket and sponge I kid of course depends on how bad your engine bay is, I just use water and sponge then I use meguires polish on the metal. I wouldn't use a hose if thats what your asking

Well its not my claim of half a dozen but I would stick in there something like a Lotus Elise, BMW 1 Series M Sport, have been passenger in Z4 2.8 which was fun but havent driven it. Of course are we excluding dafter cars like Caterhams and Westfields which are also in that price bracket which are infinitely more fun to drive but lack the practical points. We could also look outside your 2 seater options at the Renaultsport Meganes which are utterly brilliant fun cars. the only one I would agree with there is the Lotus, i don't even look twice at M3's 5's 6's or z4's. Maybe a quick second look at a z8 but can't see any of them going by. Driving a renault makes me sick yes they are quick and probably handle pretty well but god no ! would love a caterham or a westfield, prefer an ariel atom but those are as you pointed out track cars. I do think the 370 is a good all rounder, the nismo is expensive but I do think if someone notices the difference having owned a 370 previously it must be pretty good IMO if I had a little over 30K to spend on a car I would be looking in the 2nd hand market at either 911 or XK or something of that prestige

Its an import so there was lots of different specs. you would like to think getting a nismo you would get the top spec but by the looks of this car it didn't

Get the rim done white and you will have a tri colour
