Thanks for that mate, i was in a suit when i was at the car so not had a proper look, definitely looks like brake fluid, i jumped in and pumped the brakes and they were slightly spongey. There isnt a huge deal but its certainly dripping away

Hi guys, We just bought a mini cooper on Saturday and ive been keeping an eye on it to make sure there is nothing wrong with it. Low and behold i get call off the other half who said there is fluid at the back left wheel. Had a look and looks to be brake fluid. Garage will fix it but they have just said they wont get it picked up. Is this car driveable or am i stuck with a flatbed bill?

Another thing to keep in mind, you can't actually wrap the car until the paint has fully cured. I left my front bumper for a nearly 1 month and the the wrapper still managed to take some paint off on the underside of the bumper. by the time the bumper is ready for wrapping you will no doubt have a few stone chips already, just deal with it and save your money

Cheers mate, you will need to get a gopro on the car when you take it out for the first time. Although looks like there could still be a few month before then.

Ahhh just noticed you want to fill the holes from the spoiler. When i took mine off it leaves some mess, i was putting the nismo ontop but had to get the boot resprayed.

There is a thread on this, search for rear wiper delete. I done it, really easy, the grommets came in a pack from halfrauds but i cant remember what size I used.

Hey guys, We are going to look at a 57 mini cooper on Saturday. This is a 6 speed so has the reverse gear in same place as the cooper S. Has anyone elses other half found it a pain in the ass to get it into reverse? The ball and chain could get lost in a crowd of primary school kids and found it really tough to get the cooper s into reverse. Is there a knack to it?

BEMS you should know thats the first thing I thought about being on this forum We originally went to see a cooper S at the same garage but she is very small and struggled to put it into reverse so really ruined it for her. But the reverse on the cooper is different so she can get away with it.

When I had the zed I was spending the following months wage before I even got it! Now the misses has got her thumb directly on my forehead and I am now in a diesel rep mobile saving for a wedding. I am a failure
