I got scammers from Ebay/Autotrader and not to mention Gumtree all the time I tried to sell a car.just have to google it if in doubts then cash in hand which doesn't allow to much room for mistakes.

pinched mine as well a while ago, in a supermarket car park,bought some nismo anti theft but not great because if they decide to do it again and It doesn't come off might damage the thread...

happened to me twice in the last 2 years, once was because of the fuel,as Will says, I was running low second I think it was to do with my immobiliser...cannot remember the error code... really annoying but nothing major...

Ebay not the best place to buy genuine car parts unless from known shops that trade also there.... I have some D1 spec which are ok

Ioneabee you are on the right track but beware of the carbs intake mainly with the pasta. I tend to stick with more protein then carbs,remember you still have to stay healthy while on diet chicken breast Is always a winner,aim for around 1.5g of protein per kg bodyweight and remember to drink water no fizzy drinks or anything loaded with sugar -

Squee my view on this is ,eat clean (reduced carbs) , have your vegies daily, no fried meals, 4 to 6 sessions a week if possible and drink plenty of water.if you are having intense workouts you will soon see the results. -

I feel bad for you as I had the same issue and chased a preowned one for 2 weeks...damn silly little things...costing a lot for what they do.... speak to shades rs as I bought the driver side from his 350z breaking ....
