You still upbeat despite the extremely low calories and nutrition? I've been putting on a lot of muscle. Because I've barely been eating for the past 8 mints and have atrophied quite a bit, my body is really bouncing back both through muscle memory and my body just soaking up all the calories and nutrients so it's really packing the beef on. 1kg of steak tonight lol. With home made brandy and peppercorn sauce. Nice. Bit of fillet and a big ribeye. Ribeye is so much nicer than fillet. please p NOM!!! 1 kg of beef in one go that is crazy dude I know that without proper food progress is slow and I am always force feeding myself most of the times when I am not even hungry at all but never consumed this much in one go...at least you are back on track and got to do 'whatever it takes' (5%er )

exhaust upgrade today,thanks to Rich260 got this beauty - Motordyne Shockwave tdx2 and Art pipes : and brought it home for install on Monday morning looking forward to the highly recommended sound note

nothing wrong with wide bodykits...I just love them :p for those of you that are considering one don't be put out by someones comments...if you like it and can afford it just go for it

the downside is your engine clocked a good few miles and that will set you back a bit....if I was looking for an engine I wouldn't want more then 40k on it...but that is just me... I would think will be more hustle to break and would suggest to get the repairs done ,good and cheap if possible and sell don't kill another Zed

Can sell your stock handles for £50-£60 though, so these would only cost you £10-£20, with no hassle of painting. nahh..I rather keep mine and do them nice and fresh ...can never guarantee what job other did on them...they might start peeling in a week
