So since owning the zed there has been a collection of scratches bellow the rear nissan badge that's really been annoying me. So today I went at them with the DA. Products used: - megs shampoo - megs clay and detail spray - megs 105 & 205 - chemical guys hex logic orange and white pads - chemical guys xxx wax So the damage before .. Sorry for iPhone pictures but you can see it on the right under the badge 50/50 after 105 and orange pad 105 all across Finished with 205 and white pad Sealed with xxx wax So that was my first attempt at some scratch removal pretty happy with the results Nd also products, only thing I might change next time is the wax/sealant ... Any recommendations for gunmetal paint? Tom.

I'm only recently 22 and with 5yrs no claims, and a clean licence it's the first time insuring a zed has become feasible. Build up your no claims, drive sensible for a couple more years then start looking again as the insurance is ridiculous until you hit 21/22. Tom.

Ive done some research and further searching and i don't think it is a Injen intake atal .. im pretty sure its a Fujita MA-2812

Been looking through different intake options i was pretty set on a Stillen kit as it was very OEM looking and from what ive heard to be reputable company but i have read some threads and reviews slating them, is there truth in these? Good morning Last week I bought my dream car!! 2004 gunmetal grey 350z .. And it has not let me down on my expectations. here's a little picture .. It's a uk model with 55000 on the clock with the only modification I found being a japspped *facepalm* k2 exhuast. I love the note and sound of this cat back but it isn't quite sitting straight (I'm aware this is nothing new regarding japspeed) .. Will this be something I can sort out on my own? If so is it just a case of bending it til it's in place? Or is worth getting it sorted properly... Future plans for the Z include stillen intake, plenum spacer/maybe kinetix v+ plenum (opinions please), HFCs and some other cosmetic items. Look forward to hearing from you all. Tom.
