Just up past Oldham travelling towards Yorkshire when a silver blurr shot past at about warp factor 8. I was doing about 70`ish but had to check that I wasn`t actually in reverse so didn`t have chance to wave. Thought they were all limited to 150mph ? And here`s me thinking it was only German cars which didn`t have to comply with speed limits ...... (don`t suppose anyone`s going to acknowledge this being them even if they are on here).

You'd be surprised. This car saw a 20BHP increase after scoop install alone... ...although lost 25BHP from added weight of extra windscreen wipers & stickers. The wipers just need a dash of yellow in the middle to properly co-ordinate with the stripe and complete the look ...

Anyone know what the expected gains in bhp will be ? I can`t see it on the advert. Not much I expect ! Maybe as much as an Up Rev then ?....

Hi and welcome. Never had/drove the 350 so don`t know how the 370 compares (other than being loads better in every way, obviously ... ) but the 370 is awesome .... (apart from the £485 road tax of course - that`s not too awesome when it`s due ...... ) but I still love it.

Never had any problems or activations with mine but then never tried testing it either. There is a switch behind the passenger seat which isolates the interior sensors but I think it reactivates automatically each time but might be worth checking.

Looks like a very nice 350 and will no doubt be a great car in the end. Good luck.

Looks very nice and much more a fan of this than the Mk1, although, I do have to say not a big fan of silver cars and it would have to be white for me, obviously, or maybe black at a push but, unfortunately, I don`t expect to be having to make that choice any time soon. Now maybe if it had an extra 50bhp and the wife had some good life insurance ...... ...... mines due 2nd service in Feb - maybe they`ll have one in the showroom ...

Fair play to the guy who put that together!! Very helpful Just to clarify though, I'm guessing the auto 7 speed doesn't come with synchro rev? There`s been some debate about this on here. Certainly when I got mine the Nissan website only made mention of the manual having it (and only the manual has the button to turn it on and off) but owners of autos say that the auto does have it (without a button)

Just about 10 mins ago crossing the East Lancs Rd through the lights heading towards Tyldesley. I was going opposite direction (taking the 5 mile detour while Hough Lane is closed ... ) and too slow to wave or flash. Don`t see many 370`s around here and first ever Nismo.

Mine`s just been on the drive from new. It`s not just a weekend ride but dosen`t get used everyday - retired now and when I did work I mostly went on the bike. I was a bit concerned about leaving it outside especially whilst we`re away on holiday but can`t be doing with the getting it out of the garage and then putting it back in the garage every time it`s used/just to nip to the shops and, in any case, with the bike in one garage and the MGF in the other there`s no room so no choice really (and no arguing with the wife as to who`s goes in).

This is why I always just find the cheapest and go with that. You can never tell who`s going to be good or bad - everyone has different views and different experiences of the same insurance companies/brokers so recommendations or damnation really stands for very little.

What colour will you get ? Can a powder coat match the original colour ?

Personally, it really p***** me off when insurance brokers send you a high renewal price but then are prepared to reduce it when you ring up to tell them you don`t want to renew because you`ve found it cheaper elsewhere. For me that obviously means they were going to rip you off and charge you more than they needed to with the expectation that you wouldn't bother ringing up and would just let it renew.

The new 2015 model Yamaha YZF-R1. How gorgeous is it ??? (especially as the old one was just getting fatter and uglier every year and looked like it had 2 dustbins under the seat). Don`t think Santa will bring me one though so might have to start saving myself.....
