  1. It's not a wax as such, but Shining Monkey have a quick detailer specifically designed for wraps. Protects the wrap from UV etc http://www.shiningmonkey.co.uk/shop/4579423065/ken-block-360-matte-paint-vinyl-wrap-detailer/6566251
  2. One tesla/leaf thread would do me! starting a new one every time there's new information is a bit excessive. Vegan jokes are very easy to change into one about electric car drivers... "Oh my God, he's dying! Anyone here a doctor?" Doctor: "I'm a doctor" Man: "I own an electric car!" How can you tell someone owns an electric car? Don't worry, they'll tell you about it. and so on...
  3. I'd say airlock, I've never had an issue whilst drifting with overheating. I had a standard rad and fans etc. I drifted for an hour and a half the other week with only short gaps to change passengers between each lap and my temps stayed solid. Is it a long track?
  4. The mob pulled the roof off a pug!?
  5. sold! gone to it's new home now too! I'll share the new purchase once it's been collected next weekend
  6. No correct answers Redbull racing! No idea who actually makes it though lol. It was £150 or something. Absolutely love it! Don't care about its value etc, a watch is a watch to me
  7. I may have gone overboard with the blurring Top bit of writing says all stainless steel
  8. OK, so a bit of fun here. Guess the make and the price. Fake/Genuine etc.
  9. forgot to mention, location is Woking in Surrey
  10. Yes, do this! complementary box of curly wirlys to any forum member who buys and another to any forum member who makes the recommendation
  11. The thing about rota's is, technically they aren't fake wheels. If they fit on a car, hold a tyre and go round and round, they're real wheels, just fake volks Also, when you talk about genuine fakes, how far do you go with it? I won't eat own brand corn flakes because they're a rip off of kellogs ones? Can't use an android phone either, the "look and feel" of them has been proven in court to be an imitation of the apple way of doing things. At the end of the day, buy whatever makes you happy. It shouldn't matter what other people think
  12. I'll be getting something else, most probably actually two things haha. A pretty show toy and then a drift car over the winter
  13. For sale is my UK Spec 2004 (53 plate, first registered in February 04) Nissan 350z drift car. I have owned the car since Feb 2011. It is well known on the 350z-uk forum and has been looked after and polished, despite it being a drift car. The marks on the front bumper in the top picture are from where I was applying quick detailer, not marking on the paint £5,500 is the price I’m after, but I will consider offers over £5,000. It has been used as a drift car, it is a UK model which has 86,000+/- miles which will increase slightly as the car is used, it has MOT until December and tax until September. I have drifted the car at Lydden Hill, Santa Pod, Silverstone, Donington Park, Zandvoort in Holland and others! I recently took it on a track session at castle combe track during japfest and the car was surprisingly quick. All cars have their bad bits, so this cars are that: The car has a dent on the rear passenger quarter panel, no paint has been broken or cracked, otherwise the bodywork is in an ok condition. The drivers side window can be temperamental, it has never stopped working though. The mirrors should be adjustable via a switch on the drivers door card, unfortunately the switch has broken, although the electric mirror fold still works. The vinyl on the car was fitted by Boss Dog in Dorking, Surrey and can be removed for a genuine sale at buyers risk or left on if a buyer would prefer. This car has a lot of aftermarket parts, these are as listed below Bc coilovers and spare OEM suspension, Hardrace rear camber arms, Superpro bushes on the front end, Welded JDM diff and a spare UK viscose one, 18 18" wheels (12 350z ones including the 4 on the car and 6 RX-8 ones, only the tyres on the car will be included), 20mm spacers front, 25mm spacers rear, New budget (infinity) tyres in November, Kenwood double din headunit with satnav and ipod lead (pre lightning lead) New Sparco drivers bucket seat in May, Corbeau bucket seat mount with adjustable sliders, Heated oem passenger seat (spare drivers one can be included too) TRS 3" harness on drivers side. Chopped the rear interior out for reduced weight/rollcage access (A roll cage is NOT currently fitted) Hydraulic handbrake running through the OEM brembo rears fitted by Abbey Motorsport, the oem braking system and the ABS still work. Aftermarket Hydraulic handbrake handle, HKB Steering wheel boss, Quick release steering wheel boss, Motocorsa dished steering wheel, Switch to completely turn off the traction control, Stoptech brake pads front and rear, OEM Brembo brake callipers, 5.1 Motul brake fluid, Bonnet pins, Quick release front bumper, (spare OEM front bumper included in sale, although it is in primer with one split in it) OEM Xenon headlights C-west style front bumper lip (split, held together with cable ties) EPR Rocket bunny style spoiler (previously had a Japspeed BGW, holes from mounting this are still present in the boot lid, covered with vinyl) Genuine apexi cone filter, Summit strut brace, Genuine HKS radiator cap, Genuine HKS oil filler cap, Upper engine plenum spacer, Decat (x2 as it's a V6 engine, OEM cats are included) Decat O2 sensor spacers, Lovely cat back true dual exhaust fitted in May (got under the 100db track limit at castle combe earlier in the year) Driftworks superfly flywheel, Competition clutch organic clutch, Braided clutch line, New clutch slave cylinder last year, New battery in November, Oil has been changed after every drift day (5w30 oil, bosch oil filters, does not burn much on a hard drift day) Spark plugs have 6,000 miles on them. The car has a dent on the rear passenger quarter panel, no paint has been broken or cracked, otherwise the bodywork is in an ok condition, mostly just a few minor scuffs on the corners of the bumpers and above the rear arches. The rear bumper is very slightly melted on the bottom of the passenger’s side from when I ran a single exit exhaust. Other age related marks are present. The vinyl can be removed for a genuine sale at buyers risk or left on if a buyer would prefer. Viewing highly recommended, test drives only with proof of valid license and insurance, no joyrides or test drifting on the road! Cash on collection only within 7 days, a £500 deposit MUST be paid within 24 hours of the agreed sale. No bartering after sale price is agreed, even if you agree to buy without viewing as viewing is HIGHLY recommended. Any questions, please ask I can take and email more pictures if there's anything specific you would like. Edit: a spelling mistake
