1. I'm always really envious when I see one drive past. They're so cool, but the price just won't come down enough for me to get one
2. Definitely get an Exige, truly amazing cars!
3. read the above, that's now changed. They have successfully sued now and are preceding to for £85 fines. The official verdict was only made in November, so it's new.
4. I have a very good mate that does this if anyone needs it doing, decent quality stuff that's used on various supercars. Being as you're from Surrey and mention supercars, are you referring to Valet Magic? They do a LOT of supercars and are impeccable
5. Oh wow, just read up on it, the beavis judgement basically says it's not a penalty, it's a legitimate charge for the administration of you being there too long and the profit they're entitled to on top of the administration costs. It used to be that it had to be proportionate to the business lost as a result of you being there, not anymore! Pay it and move on is now the best way unfortunately.
6. I got one once. I ignored the 4 letters they sent and never heard from them again. So long as it's not the council or police who ticket you they can't do much. Even if they did take it to court, which is highly unlikely for £100, they'd have to prove that you being there for more than 2 hours caused them loss of business equal to or greater than the charge, basically, if there was more than one empty space in the car park after the 2 hours were up, they didn't lose business...
7. As for protecting it, get clear vinyl applied on the outside. The sort that they use on the front of supercars to protect against stone chips etc, it will then wipe off like a normal vinyl will
8. The stationary stationery is over there for their usage and they're happy about that...
9. why? It's not hard to tell if it's one or two intakes, I'm sure he got it right
10. On a plus side the servicing costs will be a couple of quid less as you will only need one air filter aftermarket induction kits will be lots cheaper too
11. ditto on this, I've been pulled doing some stupid things, speed, "over exuberance in front of a group of ladies", being a plonker... Only ever had an issue with patronisation once and I honestly deserved it. It just depends on the way you handle yourself with the officer I think. As for highways, we refer to them as HIPPOs (Highways Impersonating Proper Police Officers)
12. a mclaren driver stalked my mum back to her house the other week as her numberplate is P1 OOH and he wanted it. She lives round the corner from the factory and has been asked if she'd sell it a couple of times from the offers she's had it definitely worth more than the car it's on

Ford Focus RS
Surely with demand so high, depreciation of both cars wouldnt be much over the first 12 months? Or are Ford going to just flood the market with millions of them?
6000 focus Rs's apparently and they've had deposits for around 2,000 as of January. As for mustang numbers, I imagine as many as they can sell.

Ford Focus RS

good luck, there's a massive waiting list for both the mustang and the RS. They said if you put a deposit down in January you wouldn't get the car until the earliest of September.
17. There's a million cars I'd buy, but I decided to try and "build" something epic that you wouldn't see every day. If I succeeded or not is up to you all
18. More progress! I decided to test fit the panels before I get the wiring done so that I can try and hide as much of it as possible to keep the bay clean and tidy. Front "fender" on: The new (to me!) grille/front end with the wing. The C10 grille matches with the reproduction wings, reproduction radiator core support, reproduction metal arch liner and the original c15 bonnet catch. These parts are pretty good copies I must say! Please ignore the mess of wires in the bay, they will be replaced and tidied
19. I know right! Bearing in mind it's a 6.2 It's going to have a really thick ron davis rad which will fill the engine bay a bit more, but it's definitlely going to have space for air Maybe a big block will be a future upgrade
20. LOOK!!! I may have cut the hole a smidge too big though I finally got the gearbox back on Friday, really good service apart from the time delay and came in under the quoted price. This build has officially recommenced!
21. do you remember which it looks like of these two? It shouldn't make a massive difference as it's probably the exhaust wadding as jetpilot says, however if it's the bottom one it might be a bit more telling about the cause of the issue.
22. which exhaust do you have? Is it true dual? If it's not then the fact it's only out of one side is almost irrelevant. As above it could be the exhaust packing, especially if it's fibreglass packing that Japspeed use.

370 into 350

But the 370Z is wider, wouldn't that make it easier? (i.e: Trimming parts down rather than filling gaps) I think that's why it's possible in VAG cars. I'd love to see it done!

370 into 350

Do it, would be epic. You see Audi TT dashes chucked into lupo's and such, they have to do TONS of work to make the dash fit, if they can do it for those cars you should be able to for a nissan
