The Tories have a plan and the Brexit committee which they have been working on for months, what would Labour have that they could start negotiations in two weeks, Diane Abbott? Whatever the views at this moment in time the Tories are the best equipped to act for the 52% majority vote.

I agree its done her no favours, but sorry, it kinda is all about Brexit in the first instance, if "we" dont get that right, the whole country will be f****d so makes no difference who was in power and done what during the next couple of years!

Just in and i quote TM I have just been to see Her Majesty the Queen, and I will now form a government – a government that can provide certainty and lead Britain forward at this critical time for our country. This government will guide the country through the crucial Brexit talks that begin in just 10 days and deliver on the will of the British people by taking the United Kingdom out of the European Union. It will work to keep our nation safe and secure by delivering the change that I set out following the appalling attacks in Manchester and London – cracking down on the ideology of Islamist extremism and all those who support it. And giving the police and the authorities the powers they need to keep our country safe. The government I lead will put fairness and opportunity at the heart of everything we do, so that we fulfil the promise of Brexit together and – over the next five years – build a country in which no one and no community is left behind. A country in which prosperity and opportunity are shared right across this United Kingdom. What the country needs more than ever is certainty, and having secured the largest number of votes and the greatest number of seats in the general election, it is clear that only the Conservative and Unionist party has the legitimacy and ability to provide that certainty by commanding a majority in the House of Commons. As we do, we will continue to work with our friends and allies in the Democratic Unionist party in particular. Our two parties have enjoyed a strong relationship over many years, and this gives me the confidence to believe that we will be able to work together in the interests of the whole United Kingdom. This will allow us to come together as a country and channel our energies towards a successful Brexit deal that works for everyone in this country – securing a new partnership with the EU which guarantees our long-term prosperity. That’s what people voted for last June. That’s what we will deliver. Now let’s get to work.

After all your mutterings about its a great thing the young have actually got out and voted and they are informed and perfectly capable of making a decision you still refuse to give any acknowledgement to the fact 52% of the country voted out and discredit their votes with typical political spin they didnt know what they were voting for, uneducated etc It would be just as easy, perhaps more so to discredit the vote of naive student! I could almost be certain if the Tories had offered to scrap uni fees those students would have faced a very different and very real "choice" Have a look at where Ukips votes went if you are so sure it was a two fingers up to Brexit, particularly in Nutalls seat of Linconshire

He may have won two leadership contests, but still lost the election, so perhaps they both should stand down?

Here comes Boris..... I guess we can speculate why TM lost the vote, her, the campaign, the manifesto etc, but seeing as Labour was on the rails and lets be fair, Corbyn lacked party and public support not 4 weeks ago and still managed to pull something out the bag, a phrase I heard on Sky this morning, he sold the dream, so maybe a refresh with the Tories might sell their dream better, 2 months could be a long time in politics. Some very interesting and close run results, just 22 votes in some places, but every cloud has a silver lining, snp getting an equally as bigger kicking as the tories

Exit polls at 10 should give you a good idea of turnout etc

Perhaps you should , plenty of articles on the web (no doubt funded by big oil) stating this kind of stuff but take a look at what manufacturers are ACTUALLY doing with old batteries http://blog.caranddr...d-for-home-use/ Many EV car batteries here today have a life of 10-15 years in a car then a further 20 years in another application before requiring recycling We can all put up links: https://www.theguardian.com/vital-signs/2015/jun/10/tesla-batteries-environment-lithium-elon-musk-powerwall

There are also many farms heating cow and machinery sheds with biomass builders as the return from the feed in tariff is a better return on the investment than pretty much anywhere else, that may give you an idea of why they are installing solar farms

I think I can safely say our views on what the 'future' will bring is clearly divergent, but in way that doesn't matter, we are all free to express our own individual opinions. Which is exactly what i am asking, you're view and opinion of exciting and the future is plundering the planet for more natural resources, its a yes or no answer, quite simple.
-
Actually not at all, oil is not an element, it's a hydrocarbon fuel source that once burnt is gone for good. ALL the materials used in a battery stay in the battery, forever, you get lithium oxidation that reduced efficiency but the raw materials are all still there. You can pretty much recycle/recover the whole cell and use it to remanufacture a new cell. The battery packs themselves are showing they can last for 500K miles when used in conjunction with a decent battery management system that controls heat. 500K is roughly 50 years of usage for the 'average' motorist. I think you may want to look into the complicated process of recycling a lithium battery, the dangers surrounding it and the environmental impact, least of all the cost, they dont even bother with the lithium as is 5x more costly than mining it. You frequently describe ev's as exciting and the future, perhaps you can get your rose coloured glasses off for one second and tell us whats exciting and the future of raping our planet of yet more of its natural resources, we might as well carry on using oil until there really is an alternative where our planet isnt plundered yet further.

Yep, delivery driver has "been off sick" so they are unable to provide further details.
-
So another natural resource like oil that there will be a shortage of in years to come and there i was thinking it was the future!
-
Ok, just as an update, ebay and paypal refuse to do anything because according the tracking, the item was delivered, although the seller will not provide any evidence that is was signed for at this address.

^^ I know its early days but have to admit i am pretty surprised and dare i say proud that until now there has been no "retaliation" to these attacks
-
Well yeah, they have all been doing the same for weeks now!! Whats to think through, we hopefully can act better to prevent terrorism, jeez, you keep on like its a bad thing!
-
Finally some common sense: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/jun/06/theresa-may-rip-up-human-rights-laws-impede-new-terror-legislation

Fair comments, some would say we are war though and seeing as we are not officially involved in any other, we might as well enlist their help imho (should it come to that), much like during the ira era.
-
If it got to that stage, lets just deploy the armed forces onto the streets, thats what they have trained and are paid to do.
-
So just watching some news on the attacks, seems most of them were known, again, they also have a former intelligence officer being interviewed. He stated there are 400 known individuals in this country who have come back from fighting with Isis, how is that even possible they are allowed back in this country, whether born here or not!

Very kind, will be in touch

If its a 50/50 priority between the 2, track and daily, i would probably go for a late as possible model Rx8 or M3 E46 and if you think harder on the finance and consider that an option, 135i is about as best suited to your needs as you can get
