Lexus, very ugly and very heavy. Kia Stinger, you were worried about people mistaking a car for a Mazda and you are asking about a Kia. Its been asked before, what do you actually want out of a car, or are you just wanting to looking for pose value, genuine question? Are you at all interested in performance, chassis etc, what boxes do you want ticking in which order?

LS2 V8 into 350z - Zed Shed Style. **Cancelled ** (TINKERING)

Where will you be locating the two turbos? -
I have never ceased to be amazed at track days literally the first session out after the morning briefing where people are told to let faster cars through and there is always someone who has a fast car down the straights but holding you up in the corners. Usually a quick mention to the organisers works wonders but i guess you cant do that at the Ring.

Sorry to say i think that is utter nonsense dude or where i live is in a complete bubble, house prices are the highest they have ever been, new multi million pound developments all over the place and a house has just sold for a record 8.9 million.
-
I did mention this elsewhere on another thread and thought the same I am not sure i subscribe to sports cars having to have stiff suspension to justify them as a sports car though, i have been lucky enough to have been in some very nice sports cars and the suspension is never "stiff", firm and well damped would be more accurate, certainly not as the op describes. Maybe being in Somerset the op just has worse roads than others, but sorry to say op, whilst you may be a few miles away, its not like you are in the back end of nowhere and may have to put in some miles to meet with other members before you make a decision on what way forward, also may not be a bad idea to take in some other roads and see how it feels, hardly a chore to go for a drive and do a bit of investigation
-
Surprised the tyre overlord hasnt mention said items, what you running, as another dude mentions above if its runflats try something decent that will make a small difference, however, i seem to remember a few reviews saying the Nismo was quite harsh, ive never driven one so cant comment directly. seems all the owners above have different opinions. How about trying to meet with a few of them and compare, Payco doesnt seem to have the issues anyone else has mentioned on the forum with ride quality, maybe his Teins are the answer, try meeting up with him i am sure he would only be to happy to help. Worse case scenario and you dont feel the difference on Tein springs and you really cant live with it, drop a wheel size or get some decent coilovers, or easier still, get some std 370z shocks, they must be cheap as chips 2nd hand or from a breaker, just make sure you get a ride in one first.

Ah there is perhaps the irony, nothing wrong with wanting to show of an expensive bit of lovely gloss carbon fibre (as long as its the real deal), i had one on one of my Rx7's as it happens, why wouldnt you want to show off carbon, its almost the whole point of it , but doing the odd panel to me looks the exact opposite, looks like you have had an accident and got a 2nd hand panel from the scrappy and get afford to get it sprayed to match As Zippy says, each to their own.

well i am not down with the kids then its decided

If you check Paisley Freight they do fixed pricing, although i do believe if you want increased cover for value it may cost more.
-
There are some really great colours available in wraps now, seems to have moved on a long way in the last couple of years!
-
I know bonnets and roofs were popular, but not odd panels, i must be old
-
^^^ I was referring to the odd panel wrapped being a thing, not the topic of paint or wrap
-
I think i may be a bit out of touch, is this part wrapping a thing now?

[SOLD]**Sold** 2017 Nissan 370Z Nismo - Pearl White

Fatal past time Glwts -
I have had the Porsche comment with a 350z, quite the insult i thought but if you do end up in an Infinity, it wont be considerably cheaper so dont let it bother you, get whatever you want, not what you want others to think
-
Why you so bothered what others think dude, my 350z got mistaken for many cars, some better some worse, same with my RX7, if people are that uneducated they cant even tell the difference between a Mazda and Infinity i see absolutely no reason why you would hold any regard for what they think.
-
I would check condition of tyres £400+, clutch £800, brakes £400+, all expensive items that ideally you dont want to do in your first year or two of ownership, difficult to judge the condition of the clutch but if you can buy one with one done recently its a major expense you can forget.

Almost as bad as someone saying, nice Nissan right?
-
Well either your man on the first page is lying or they are, ask the dude on here if he has anything from Nissan to support your claim that his seats were replaced. Doesnt sound like Nissan have the best back up to be fair, ive been reading a fair few problems on the gtr forum with similar feelings towards Nissan and lack of after sales, let alone Bikeracer where they have even admitted its out of tolerance. Only other route as suggested is to contact your finance company and let them fight your case.
-
I would make it very clear you know of other people who have had seats replaced (as verified on here), the wear is in exactly the same place so obviously it does point to a larger problem and each case isnt different due to it being the same place wearing and if they refuse to uphold your claim you will be taking it further. On the flip side i cant help but agree with Ekona, my Nissan Elgrand side bolster is worn, as was both my 350z's and just about every other car i have owned with bolstered seats and on that part i just see it as the nature of the beast with bolstered seats, we all want nice soft leather, but no wear, its a catch 22.

Everywhere, forum, ebay, pistonheads, gumtree, facebook, autotrader etc, maximum exposure. Just make sure its a comprehensive advert with every bit of info and plenty of photos.
-
Just ignore the first two, no need to waste more time that it does to hit delete. You cant avoid no shows, but again just it make it convenient to a time when you will be there anyway so it makes no difference if they show or not and if anyone else phones wanting to view the car dont put them off saying someone else is viewing, arrange a time to view and if it gets sold, just let them know. As Codel says it really shouldnt be a problem for a 4 figure sum of money.
-
I appreciate it can seem like a hassle selling a car privately but it really doesnt have to be, a proper advert with loads of photos and a detailed description will avoid a lot of questions, pending on where you advertise you can ignore the low ball offers for that magical thing called cash and you can usually spot time wasters a mile off by the questions they ask (what mpg does it do, how much is tax etc or any question you have already answered in the ad but they couldnt be bothered to read) so they can be ignored too. The only thing you wont avoid is the ones who arrange to view and never turn up. If its the right price it should sell quickly, its got to be worth a month of advertising for an extra couple of grand or so before you go down the wbac route surely especially if you are in need of monies.

It was manufactured by Ford using Willys licensed design.
