Choice is obviously down to the individual. I fitted a K2 today and I chose the right one for me. I'm over 50 so don't want anything too noisy and annoying especially on the motorway. Also, and this is important for me, I want to keep the visual originality of the car and the K2 is perfect. Put your foot down and it makes a fantastic noise without drawing too much attention to me !

So pleased with this, sounds amazing and looks good, should have done it last year. Cheaper than a Nissan bog standard part.....

Need one tailor made for my 350Z Roadster be v durable for outside use around £80 to £100 ? I know I can get them for that but dont know which one to go for. Any advice please

Can anyone recommend someone who can supply and fit a stainless steel back box for my roadster. I'm in North Kent. Had a quote for £400 from RSR in Bromley but would like any other recommendations please.

I have this I think. Start car cold from say overnight. Drive a shortish journey no problem, pedal good. Next journey is much longer in traffic. After a while, the pedal travel is much longer before the biting point. Thrust bearing a bit noisy at idle until clutch is depressed. On a track day, the pedal went to the floor and I had to scoop it up with my foot. Let the car cool down and it went back to longish pedal travel. I drove the car home no problem about 60 miles. The next day, back to normal.

You are so right. Originally, I didn't actually want the car. I sold my Supra and BMW Z4 to buy a brand new new RS. Clio 200 in 2010. Car is amazing but I missed having a convertible and a Supra so needed something to satisfy my wife as well as me (no smutty comments please) My wife loves 350Z's and it was her who persuaded me to have a look. I thought it was ok and as she loved it so much we bought it. That was in 2011. I've done few miles in it because I use the Clio but it's really grown on me and I have to say I now love it ( only gets used six months of the year ) I'm now going to sell the Clio after four years of very happy ownership - amazing little car. Because of a vandal scratch and a couple of parking scrapes, Last week I had the n/s of the Z sprayed and the front bumper and o/s wing flicked in. Looks like new. Also replaced the BOSE with a Panasonic unit (brilliant) so have already spent a bit !

Going for the MOT tomorrow, now think I may only need 2 x tyres so getting the Falkens. Going to a place in Bromley to get the exhaust fixed, box is good, they are going to cut the damaged section out and weld a new piece in. New clutch and flywheel £420 plus fitting and a service for £100 plus parts. Wiper blades got, £8. Took me half of the day to sort things out but worth the effort. Mmmmmm..... sell the car then buy it back a year later after all the work is done. A sound option but its such a great car I'm loathed to get shot. Cant take it to Le Mans this year as I cant afford to get it all done before June 11th! Ricey, not quite 2K but not far short about £1850 I reckon. Will have to sell the MX5 to cover it....
