We managed the same but on the opposite side in 2011. Went to the Auberge des hunaudieres at about 1am. Managed to go round the fence at the far end of the building and got track-side. Got the footage on an old memory stick somewhere, good times !Any tips or must do's would be very much appreciated
We have been going every year since 2005. Without fail, we go to Arnage (not the village, the track) for night-time viewing. Get there for about 10pm when its dust going into night. You get close to the cars, this close....
I can beat that....

Hi all. The organisers of the Edenbridge Motor Show are interested in having some 350Z's. I'm not sure on the numbers yet but as a Club, I would expect maybe up to ten but because we don't know yet, it will be list order.
The show is on Sunday 11th September from 10am - 4pm. They would like the cars there all day if possible.
Looks like a nice event with a good range of cars. If you would like to be part of it, please put your name on the list. You are not making a commitment yet just gauging interest for now. I need to get an idea of numbers before I confirm our attendance. More info to follow including doing lunch/BBQ for everyone at the event.
Please put your Forum ID, real name, short car description. Usual cut 'n paste list.......... thanks, Martin C

I may have missed it but I hope you went with Mohair ! Had mine done in September in Mohair, looked across at the car next to me which had just been done in vinyl and mine was the right decision. Cheap vinyl waste of money in my opinion unless you are skint or are going to sell the car soon...........

had a look at some Customcargrills photos and they do look ok, but closer photos show them as quite thin. Also, NO import duty as they are under £135 but VAT on top will be charged as its a company selling them. Think I'll go with the Zunsport..............
-
That is the cheapiest, nastiest mesh I've ever seen. £40 to ruin your car? Yeah, sounds a bargain.
Honest, if you genuinely like that style just go to Halfords and pick up their mesh for about £10 and DIY, it'll likely be a better job.
Ha ha you like it then ? Good to get opinions hence the post, difficult to see the quality, shame they are in the US. I have not seen a Zunsport one so cant compare.
-
This is a Zunsport
This is a Customcargrills
Not a lot in it except, if I order four from Customcargrills they work out at just £40 each including postage. Zunsport are £76 each. obviously I don't know the quality of the Customcargrills but for £40 its worth a punt.
Diamond Extreme colour is $10 extra each

Not a Zunsport, these are from the US only http://www.customcargrills.com/ and only £26 !!!

If you need risk assesments and method statements done, I can do that. Just bare in mind next time if they ask. The world has gone H AND S potty if you ask me.
I'm amazed that I have reached my 50's relatively unscathed. We will soon be going to car shows where no cars are allowed because they are too dangerous. They will be replaced by photographs of cars behind safety barriers.
yes I agree but more to the point
!1/ Is that a photo of Amanda Holden , nice
!2/ Dose anyone have some photos of all of the 350z and others as I only took three me hands were cold!!
In answer to your question, yes, that is Amanda Holden , very well spotted. Your hands were cold at the 'fest which is a coincidence because, studying the photo of Mizzzz Holden in detail, I believe she too was cold..........

Project Z ......... best non-standard colour ?

I'm planning to buy another Z next year as a project (keeping the Roadster) I have a number of modifications to do and one is to paint the car in a distinctive colour. I came across this on Pinterest and absolutely love it. I can't think of a better colour. Any suggestions on anything else and what do you think of this ? It's Verde Faunus (light green)
