That is the one. Happen just passed the traffic lights. Manage to dominate about 8 trees and a 40mph sign.. lol

SC = Supercharger

Rear mount Turbo = yes at the back.

 

Both running together = no friggin lag whatsoever. The rear mounted turbo will suffer less from heat soak.

 

I think its the STS rear mount, and then mount a shocking great SC at the front.

 

Of course you'd have to forge again, but you'd be seeing 500+ and a beautiful amount of torque.

I have seen this rear turbo mount setup. I thought it was a bit backwards and you have to run all the oil lines and boost pipe back up the car again.. Makes sense for cooling thogh I guess..

Surprisingly I suffered no lag unless I was in 6th at 50mph... I'd start boosting at 2.5k and mid range power makes you leave anything behind before you'd even think of going up another gear at red line.. lol

But it does sound cool

This is true, but wasn't your average Zed.. Fully forged twin turbo. In excess of 20k spent

A4 Bath Road in Calcot bud, heading towards Reading. Happen about 12.30 lunch time on Saturday.

Looking for a low mileage pre face lift Zed so I can do an engine transplant, Want one with less than 40k pref. Maybe go for 500+ bhp as well.

No injuries, walked out of it surprisingly!! Car is a mess! Both seat and curtain airbags went off. I reckon any other car I probably would of rolled it.. If it wasn't lowered and the rims didn't shatter when mounted against the kirb..

Crap!! Hope you're ok mate and great result with their insurance, however I'm curious as to how it would cost £65k to fix? You could surely buy a brand new 370 and TT it for that money?

Surely with repair costs being so high the isurance would right the car off. Thats a very poorly Zed.

That was cost to repair, obviously it was a write and was valued at just over 9k being low mileage with only 31k on the clock. Engine alone though is worth more than the car.. 16k + build

Thought I'd share some photos of an Audi A3 that took me out last Saturday., Side swipe me in an outside lane, spun me out and threw me into a load of trees at about 60mph.. I'm an estimator for accident repair centre and calaculated an estimate cost of £65'000 to repair the car (£45'000 in just parts).

Luckily his insurance paid out and within 48hours of the accident!!! I got to keep the car and the Twin Turbo lump and front mount intercooler is untouched!!!

If anyone knows or anywhere that can get me one for end of play today, PM pleaseee

I hit a unseen pot hole the other day.. Normally I get a knock, throw a few F*cks and get over it... This one I hit crashed so hard I thought I put a hole in the floor!! Further investigation on a ramp shows how close I was to hitting my sump!!!

Think its worth claiming off council for compo? Anyone got any worse pics and actually claimed for damages?

Manage to break one of the clips to my centre cap on my Rota GTR alloys when cleaning it yesterday. I've got a show to go to tomorrow. Repair has failed and postage will not come in time. Anyone know of anyone with complete spare set or 1 black high top cap I can buy, have or borrow... I live in Berkshire and willing to travel a little distance to grab one...

Good price to be fair... I just paid £763 for a set in black delivered.. Gutted, could of saved myself £100..

Did a drive through at 8:15 but didn't see any z's. It was dark and rainy though. Plenty of suburus though.

It's a 370 and i've only had it a week, so not surprised by that. I haven't even seen a 350 around Reading for months but have seen 3 370's in the last 2 weeks. I must be driving to all the wrong places.

I've seen the odd 370 but not that often.. I see a grey 370z at the last jap meet but he didn't hang around very long when I got there.. Wasn't you was it?

I work at Green Park so drive from Burghfield through Grazely to the A33 most days.....

Yeah that be me I was driving round in a gun metal grey one before but taken that one off the road. My mate was always going on about a blue one he has seen with black badges, I'm assuming that be you lol
