  1. Not used it myself but I did see this on one site: Also make sure that protected-view is not enabled. Procedure: Open Word or Excel in Office.Click File, Options, Trust Center.Click the Trust Center Settings button.Select the Protected View Tab and uncheck all 3 boxes. Now select File Block Settings and uncheck everything.Click OK.
  2. Could be cam cover around the plugs, quite common.
  3. As above. Do every fluid, both filters, belts and plugs.
  4. Those are the words of a professional. Who knew there were kinds of stitching.
  5. If they are in bad shape already, definitely worth a go your self. I used metal polish and a DA. Whatever you do, afterwards, get some strong UV protection/coating on there.
  6. I think it's 16mm on the early 350z. Been looking for one myself as a go pro mount, not had much luck, but there's some cheapo ones on eBay and Amazon if all you want is one for show. I can't be certain all 16mm fit as I can't find the thread pitch. Try a PM to Zmanalex, he'll know and probably have one good to go.
  7. If it's sold as a 350 kit, get on to Mishi and demand a hose that fits
  8. Happy 50th Also what Will said. Hope you get 5 minutes of peace to enjoy it.
  9. Lightning strike, she didn't stand a chance, nicely done sir. Without going too nanny state, with the cold and wet weather and the switch to rear wheel drive, enjoy your new charge safely, I nearly got bitten on week 1!
  10. From the motordyne sales pitch "The Motordyne Iso Thermal plenum spacer adds 12HP-14HP and reduces the effect of power robbing heat soak by thermally isolating both the upper and lower plenum. Its 5/16″ thickness provides the best overall performance and is fully compatible with your engine cover and strut bar. All Motordyne Iso Thermal systems keep your upper and lower plenum cooler without the risk of throttle body freezing when driving in cold weather."
  11. Might be worth popping in to a local body shop. At least then they should have insurance if your rig decapitates a innocent convertible driver on the M1. I can't image they'll charge you much just to stick it on. Edit: all my aftermarket bits (diffuser, spoiler, spats) the body shop used sicaflex. They don't budge a centimetre.
  12. I'd be all over that if it came back in fashion. +1 I'd love to have my old orange/yellow/purple t-shirt back again. That was effin' awesome. https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Mens-Tops-T-Shirts/Unisex-Orange-White-Sensitive-Shirt-Global-Technacolour/B01GKKZEC2/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1485966316&sr=8-4&keywords=Global%2BTechnacolour&th=1&psc=1
  13. The fast, courteous and great value service for genuine Nissan parts, I've come to expect, with haribo on top.
  14. Agreed, but only under a Hawaiian shirt unbuttoned
  15. Anything North Face, if you're not actually on the North Face of anything. No socks, except with flip flops. Any trouser cut which displays mankle. Belt and shoes which don't match. Top button done up with no tie. PS - You can't moan about any brand at all being chav, if you're prepared to wear a baseball cap under any circumstances! And this is soooo not about the Ferrari badge on my Oakleys ok?? They were just the best sunnies in my optician goddammit! Did you just say it's ok to wear flip flops ? I wore flip flops for a whole year in South America, there's nothing so practical or fashionable!
  16. Yeah! The zed isn't huge but it dwarfs it. Smart roadster sized but much nicer looking to my eyes. Already started browsing...

  18. I'll find one (this douche won't put me off) but R's aren't that common round here. I liked this one as it seemed like an enthusiast PO (kept the auto express magazine which inspired him to buy the Scirocco, great condition, manual too). They're not that rare you need to put up with this kind of ****.
  19. Having really fancied a Scirocco for quite some time now I as hoping to have a little write up today with the other serious contenders. So I thought it might be worth going to see an R which popped up fairly locally, with a view to a test drive and seeing if I could make the leap from RWD Jap to FWD German. I've had real soft spot for these for ages and other than the drivetrain, they're exactly what I am after - newer, nicer interior, bit more refined and not that many about, I know looks are subjective, but I think they look spot on. Being 45 minutes drive each way I thought i'd ring ahead this morning and check it was in and I was ok to drive it. It was. Sorted. Arrived this afternoon. "Are you looking to part exchange that?" "Err... Not really, I'll be trying to selling it privately." "Good, we wouldn't part exchange that Nissan" "I haven't asked you to." "Are you looking at any other cars?" "Yes, it's quite a change from my current car, and obviously I'm not spending 15 grand without considering a few options." "You can only drive it if you don't have other cars to look at." "What?" "You can only drive it if you don't have other cars to look at." "What?" "You can only drive it if you don't have other cars to look at." "It would have been good if you'd told me this on the phone, before I drove 45 minutes to get here." "You can still have a look and I will get someone to start it for you in the car park" START IT UP! JUST FOR ME! IN THE CAR PARK! Great service at Global Automobiles Limited in Blackburn, they hadn't even bothered to mention the engine management light either. Judging by the battle the other customer was having to get some advisories from an MOT done before he purchased a Merc, I'm quite pleased to have established the level of customer care you get when spending 15 grand, up front, not when it's too late.
  20. Dropped by my tech's for a brew and a chat this morning, and saw this little gem in the car park. Not many of them in the UK, certainly not seen one in the flesh. Charming little thing IMO and I could easily imagine the fun of having one as a city car. So tiny and light it nearly blew away in the winter weather Sorry for the shortage of pics, but it was proper cold out. JDM as **** shame there's no V-TEC yo
  21. What's the world coming to? Saw this on Facebook, it's wrong on so many levels.
  22. Putting name and location (assuming photo submitter doesn't mind) are both great suggestions. i'll save them somewhere safe for next year. Thanks.
