  1. Well nice, I like the textured finish, good colour choice too.
  2. Thanks, much appreciated.
  3. Woke up this morning, not a 100% clear memory, checked my phone for any evidence I need to purge, only found two pics. There was clearly only two things on my mind...
  4. Cheers Tarmac, no car, but I'll log that for a future jolly.
  5. Just ordered 4 of these to be fitted during my wheel refurb as she was on mixed when I bought her, all in fitted for £730, well pleased. Quick question. Is there any sort of "normal" run in time/mileage where the tyre gives up any surface/near surface oils and the like from the factory?
  6. Whilst the Zed is in for alloy refurb, to take my mind off missing her, I'm off to sunny Spain for a few days. If I leave the comfort of the free hotel bar and the golf course, can anyone recommend some bars in or around Malaga or Puerto Banus. Preferably not full of w@n£ers, limited gringos and maybe also serves an excellent Piña Colada?
  7. I'm quite short so my elbow is well clear of the heated seats, it prefers to play with the hazards!
  8. You're talking about the car right? Really??? I expect this sort of thing from SMD. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed BBK...
  9. Great scenes, another vote in the bag. Love that front end, good luck.
  10. Nice one Vlad & BM, got the kit and some mic-off shampoo and some wheel cleaner whilst I was at it. Bargain central. Ta.
  11. Can anyone point me in the direction (link would be super) of the appropriate style polishing pad/drill bit for strapping on and going in hard on the headlamps with some metal polish. I've got a buffing type wheel but it's a pain to use it as the moving surface is perpendicular to the drill when in use, ideally I want something that can be used on the end with minimal risk of damage. Ta.
  12. Just noticed they're selling the air freshener from the march box in the waxyshop. I'm in love with this fragrance it's better than Sex Panther and it works 80% of the time, everytime. Ordered 10 just in case stock runs low. Got an email from Richard, "I take it you like these?"
  13. Do we have a '"Life Rules" section where this can be a sticky?
  14. Mine is a 2004 GT, it's my first Zed and I am absolutely 100% totally head over heels in love with her. It's literally the best thing I've ever spent money on. I can't imagine anyone buying one and not totally loving it. If it takes a second longer to 60 than newer models then I can live with that. I test drove it, felt awesome, couldn't spend my cash fast enough. I'd have liked the newer interior, but I never get in her and feel anything other than total joy, like I've "made it". I did however put in some facelift brake clusters as they're much better, but you can do that for the savings on a couple of road tax badges. GL with the search.
  15. Whoops, this is getting expensive now...
  16. Maybe even 4. If at all possible please can you let me know details when you've had the opportunity to set your prices? Thanks.
  17. What you going for next? Motorsport Transit van or a Jag?
  18. I keep meaning to quit, used to enjoy it, now it's habit. I always said I'd give up when it ceased to be a pleasure. Tried gum, minging. Tried e-cigs, not impressed. Cold turkey I think.
  19. Forgot to say. When planning a road trip, always check tyre pressures, fluid levels and weather forecast before departure. More importantly for more remote routes, always take emergency supplies, just in case.
  20. You won't be disappointed, even when there's a bit of rain it just adds to the character. Bit warmer in the Zed than on a bike mind...
  21. Finally got through sorting the photos, can be found in this separate thread, with an appropriate pic heavy warning. Not for people with limited 3G data deals or dial-up internet. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/70627-road-trip-scotland-part-ii-pic-heavy/ Sorry I got a bit carried away...
