  1. That link just takes me to a blank map. No fear, It's not my postcode, it's a local landmark in the vague proximity.
  2. I like the global element, maps are ace. Can I go on please? FY1 4BJ
  3. Sweet as, I'm having this on Tuesday and currently my clutch feels d0ghs!t.
  4. Bienvenue and nice Zed. Perfect for enjoying the sunshine!
  5. I feel sick that my license fee goes towards mark lawrenson and Alan Hansen! Shockingly bad! Anyway really looking forward to top gear, I always moan about it but never miss an episode, looking forward to the test of the Ferrari f12. I don'tmind Hanson he talks some sense at least, Lawrenson can be buttered up and rodgered senseless any day... +1
  6. For boot struts try a couple of these http://www.sgs-engineering.com/gas-struts/car-boot-tailgate/nissan/350z/filter/2004/ My struts were very tired when I bought her, fitted some SGS replacements and they're all good now. I've seen a few people on here use/recommend them. There are a couple of breaking threads around you could search for, and enquire for the cover. Alternatively I'm sure others will be along with suggestions too. Good luck.
  7. Watching a show and not rating the presenters doesn't seem mutually exclusive to me. I love to watch football but I loathe Chiles, Southgate, Shearer, Neville, Motson, Pearce, Dixon, Keown, Nevin, Tyldesley as presenters/pundits/commentators. Doesn't stop me tuning in every time!
  8. If you've got an iPhone 5 check exactly what cables you'll need from pioneer AND apple. They recently updated the firmware for my (different model) Pioneer to support app radio for iPhone 5, but it requires at least one cable from each company to make it work. They're not like £7.99 either. GL.
  9. Weird isn't it, all three of them a various degrees of bell end, but I'll happily watch it. Not sure what that says about everything else on the TV!
  10. Yeah, but there's two sides to any bad debt. Bad borrower is one, incorrect risk management by the lender is the another. Out of those two, the lender is supposed to be the informed & trained professional. But let us not forget the regulator too, they're supposed to keep an eye on things and they missed something pretty big in the run up to meltdown.
  11. Love this thread, if I'm not careful I'll end up buying a project myself. It's like a Mini Haynes manual with fun and a colour scheme with a sense of humour. Thanks for sharing.
  12. The scouser lays it on pretty thick which is defo fully irritating, but if it's not correctly executed (and what he's quoting is legit?) then he has a valid point. Mortgage companies and bailiffs are more than happy to quote the minutae when it suits so it's only reasonable he can do the same. I'd assume this kind of thing would be covered in Bailiff School 101. On a more human side, it's a shame the bailiffs seem to relish so much repossessing a property. I'm sure someone has to do the job but it'd be better if they were a touch more reasonable. Plenty of people will cave in to this sort of pressure, simply because they don't know where they stand. I'd say get legal advice if you really want to know you're rights OP, you never know with anything you see/read on the web.
  13. I was thinking that but what about the sluddgy mayo when your head gasket is gone? Oil and water will mix to make an emulsion (like mayo), but it requires an emulsifier. I did a job once treating the run off from the ford engine plant in Bridgend, all the run off from a few square miles is captured and treated before being let into the wild. It makes a pretty gruesome emmulsion. It'll seperate again if stood long enough. If you see someone cooking and adding a bit of flour to a sauce it can act as an emulsifier and bring two immiscable liquids together, and bring a seperated sauce back from the dead. I'm assuming with head gasket mayo some other deposit in there creates the emulsion. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emulsion
  14. You sure that's not from gulling? You did say there was an "entertainment area" in that curious space between the front seats and the boot.
  15. Massive nuts, very impressive, I get the fear just looking at a bottle of poorboy's swirl remover.
  16. Anyone else noticed when you're in the music app and you select Genre you can't play everything in that genre anymore? It's not a bug, it just is no longer an option there. Any ideas? Other than make a playlist of each genre...
  17. Alex has recently diagnosed the exact same symptoms for me after a long time sat in heat in traffic, mine hasn't gone fully back to normal after cooling down like yours did. It's way better than it was at the time, but it still feels a bit freaky sometimes in the recent warm weather. I fully bricked it at the time and assumed it was the clutch saying Adieu. Thanks to Zman's service I now have the bits in my shed and she's due to go in for slave cylinder replacement next week. Given a bit of sunshie and traffic next Tuesday I'll happily report back to confirm if it has been remedied. Not that I have any reason to think it won't be, but you never know.
  18. Does no one else find it weird that an entire species hates one fruit? It's like saying all humans hate Cristiano Ronaldo, oh, having said that it now, it makes perfect sense...
  19. Sounds expensive, I'll take my chances with the vampires and werewolves for now. Ohhh... It's antibacterial too
  20. Possibly uglier, but if then all your speakers work and you retain the steering controls and add streaming over Bluetooth and a phone charging point and proper access to your contacts and maps that auto-volume your music when they speak, it might be worth considering it.
  21. I get that a/c works both ways, but I'm more of an open window kinda guy for freshness, I like to feel the wind on my skull and drink in the fragrance of Blackpool in the morning. It smells like... like... Victory. I just wondered if there was any secret A/C Club reason for always-on, but obviously the first rule of A/C Club is you don't talk about AC Club
